The service is beyond expectations. Behavior and attitude of the staffs all around the property is superb, so helpful and respectful. It was the first time for me that someone had called from the hotel a day prior to my stay to check any requests or need. Also a late check out was a bless for me as my flight was at 11pm.

Detta hotell har tagits fram av modeikonen Giorgio Armani. Hotellet har en egen ingång och upptar 11 våningar i Dubais storslagna skyskrapa, Burj Khalifa. Very clean (they clean the room twice a day). Very friendly employee, wide room and splendid view, great breakfast, easy acces to the mall.
