Very friendly & competent staff, helping you with calling taxis etc. and even walk out the door with you to find the taxi as the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is excellent and the perfect morning experience to start the day. This hotel has probably the best location in Old Dubai, just minutes from the heritage area which has now been turned into museums and is absolutely worth visiting.

Loved the location, close to the airport and 3 min walk to the metro. Kiosk, cafe, pharmacy all right next to the hotel Rooms were spacious and comfortable Stayed only 2 nights on a long stopover on our travels and would definitely return. Didn't get to use the pool or gym. 24hr room service is also available which is handy. Staff was also very helpful.
