Location is perfect. Rooms are a great size. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Hotel bar is great, would recommend to someone even if they were not staying at the hotel! Really clean throughout - specifically the lobby.

Great location and amazing staff. The room was very noisy at night and used ear plugs to fall asleep. It’s probably because the windows faces the street and it’s a stone throw away from Times Square.
Love that they have water filters on every floor. Saves plastic bottles and your money.
