The hotel offers big rooms with lots of space, a good size bathroom, a restaurant downstairs with live music, and a great breakfast. The owners are very personable. They answered our many questions, had more than a perfunctory conversation with us and offered upon check in to book a table for us for dinner since they knew the restaurant would be crowded later, given the live music. We did and were rewarded with a lovely table, good food and a fun evening.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we knew we were going to love it there. It oozes quality and charm. We were greeted with a big Irish welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Our room was gorgeous and the bed, huge and very comfortable. The food - both dinner and breakfast - was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Kenmare is a charming, small Irish town.
Kenmare is a charming, small Irish town. We loved walking through the streets with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Both Holy Cross and St. Patrick's churches are worth a visit. Kenmare is a perfect base for driving the Ring of Kerry and visiting Killarney National Park. We had a fabulous dinner at The Coachman's pub, sitting outside on a pleasant October evening but there are many other dining options too.

A lovely town which was close to our B&b. Lovely pubs with live music each night and excellent food. Lots of cafes and some git shops too. Beautiful sites to explore in the area like Killarney great park and the gap of dunloe to name but a few. There are stunning mountain views , peninsulas and rivers . A wonderful visit.AAnonymous

Trish was incredibly helpful, providing local insight for day trips, restaurants, music etc. We loved sitting outside in the sun on the grass/ patio , after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to family and friends. Terrific location- very close to downtown Kenmare, but also extremely convenient for Killarney National Park. The rooms are directly above the restaurant. The restaurant's food was on par with any fine dining establishment I've ever eaten at in Dublin. The owner / chef could not have been more helpful or nice. He referred us to another restaurant in town the night he was closed and his recommendation was top notch as well. This is the only place to stay and to eat in Kenmare.
