I stayed at this hotel in Honiton with a couple of friends who had visited it in the past and recommended it to me.
The reception and bar staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially when I encountered a problem with the TV in my room, which was fixed quickly and efficiently.
We all liked the fact that the hotel offers guests the option of an evening supper menu, which was very good value and enjoyable after days out exploring the area.
The guest rooms are very attractive, spacious and clean including a very good shower room.
The large carpark was also a bonus.
All in all we would highly recommend this hotel at Honiton.

location was good, for Budleigh Salterton,Exeter,Bicton.big free car park, on a main Rd but very quiet inside. bus stop outside to Exeter and Exmouth.
Breakfast was exceptional, fabulous choice.We dined in one evening,average £16, for one course , very good portions.
Room was comfortable,usual facilities.I personally found pillows too hard. (Just a little niggle). Nice to have room made up when out.
