From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are all so friendly and accomadating a special mention to Tracy who is the nicest lady ever she really went out of her way to make our stay special. I celebrated my Birthday while we were there and we had my elderly parents who were looked after 100% by Tracy an asset to the hotel.
