Trademarks
Booking.com trademarks, logos, and brand assets are the property of Booking.com and its affiliates. You may not use our trademarks or branding in a manner that is unauthorized, misleading, or infringes on our rights.
Trademark misuse complaints
Booking.com doesn’t own or control the names or trademarks used by accommodation providers. Any disputes over such use are the responsibility of the provider, who may have legal defenses under local law. We recommend resolving the matter directly with the provider, with a local court as the appropriate forum if needed. If you can't resolve these matters directly with the accommodation provider, you can submit a trademark infringement notice. Booking.com will review your complaint and, where a valid claim is identified, forward the notice to the relevant partner to facilitate a resolution.
Booking.com trademark misuse complaints
If you believe a Booking.com trademark is being used improperly, you can submit a complaint. Include:
Description of the alleged misuse.
Location or URL where the misuse occurs.
Your contact information.
Booking.com will review your complaint and take appropriate action, which may include removal of infringing content or other enforcement measures.
