Location is beautiful and quaint. The staff very nice. We only had breakfast as we were there for a wedding filled with lots of events and it was yummy.

Picked for the location, wanted to be near Rockland for an event. Room and bathroom seemed recently painted/updated. We had the essentials. $97 a night.

A good stay for the value. Rooms and furniture are a bit older but spacious and well appointed with all the necessities, including a Keurig. Private front and back decks would be lovely in the summer. I didn’t have time for breakfast but it looked thoughtfully put together.

The view of Penobscot Bay was sublime at any time of day. We went into Rockland for part of a day, but found ourselves more willing to stay at the property because it was so comfortable there.
It is easy to find the property by plotting coordinates in a sat-nav, since the unpaved road it is on is not mapped in Google Maps. The unpaved road is part of its seclusion.
