The view it’s nice. But the rooms are not what i expected specifically for the pricing. The rooms are small. Smaller than other hotels in seaside.
There are multiple things that need work and maintenance. The bathroom fan didn’t work, the balcony door and net are the hardest things ever to slide open, the pull out bed is unstoppable, the water pressure is weak and the seal from the main door is broken. The beds are comfortable but it seemed as if the didn’t changed our fitted sheet; it smelled weird compared to the other sheets and there were multiple hairs. We were told to come in through the main entrance as well as leave but a guest told us about the side doors from the building. Our requested accommodation were the opposite of what we requested: away from the elevator = put feet away from it & top floor= middle floor.
When asked to move room we were ignored. The dog few rooms dog barked and barked and the. Hall was busy busy that it made it hard to sleep at night or nap during the day. I was very disappointed with the stay. We love going to seaside to distress and it was disappointing to not be able to rest and be woken up early in the morning. We paid less at another hotel with the same view and balcony. I wish they would had shown they actually wanted to help when we asked to move us room the second night. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Seaside during the fall, winter, and spring. It's a quaint, quite, welcoming, small town with great tourist amenities. There are several decent restaurants and lodging options. Everything is just minutes away from the beach. You can't go wrong here. The summer though, it becomes quite crowded and difficult to get through unless on foot, but is no less charming.

Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries.
Very quiet, relaxing place. Great eateries. Loved watching the crab boats and sunsets. Seaside Brewery is a great place as is Dundees Donuts (my husband left our credit card there and the owner took the time to find us to give it back...very impressive!)

The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families.
The town focus is for summer beach tourists with families. There are arcades, bumper cars, .... The very large beach is a the end of the street through town. We had business in Seaside or would have stayed in Cannon Beach.
It's an old hotel that has been updated reasonably, is nice looking inside and comfortable. The room was comfortable, the beds were nice, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent as hotel buffets go, at least there was some cooked food (scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, ...) to go with all the individually-packaged stuff. Wish there was more in the way of fruits and vegetables. Location on the river is good, pretty much everything in Seaside is within walking distance.
Hotel located next to the beach in a very quiet area. Spacious and comfortable room with all the necessary equipment and everything very new. The very friendly and attentive staff was in contact with us at all times to facilitate check-in, since the time that appeared on our reservation was not correct and we were going to arrive later than the cut-off time.
The hotel sits right on the beach, but tucked away behind sand dunes and grass.
You can see the ocean but it is a few minutes to walk to the water.
The room (king bed) was really spacious and you could do cartwheels in there!
If you arrive a bit early, before check in....park the car and go next door to the Aquarium and feed the sea lions!!
The room was very clean and Damon at the front desk was wonderful. He was incredibly nice and full of suggestions on how to maximize our visit to Seaside. The hotel is also a very short walk from the promenade and beach. Will definitely use this hotel again when we visit the Oregon coast.
The overall location was perfect. It is right on the beach. The main strip runs right from the hotel towards the center of town. Plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance. My wife and I didn't have to drive anywhere to find something to do on our 4 day visit.
Extra large space for my family versus a hotel room. Very cozy, clean and bright space. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Property was very quiet. We will definitely be staying at this property from now on for our visits.
Clean, friendly staff, dog friendly, kitchenette, ocean view, little pool.
We loved our stay with our 12 year old son and puppy. Long walks on the beach. Watching the sun set. Great food just up the street.
Lovely stay.
This hotel might not give you the best first impression but you will not be disappointedby the staff nor your room. Personal attention from staff and a spacious clean room await you, just a few steps from the beach.
location, pet friendly. more space and roomy, quite at night .Apartment type studio .
my son likes the bath tube jets. I appreciate them putting us to ocean view than Mountain View with no extra charge .
Suite was well laid out, spacious and very clean. King size bed very comfortable. Location on the beach excellent with lots of restaurants and shopping steps away.
We enjoyed the area, walk to the beautiful beach and strolling thru downtown. The cabin was very cozy and clean. Lovely to have a pet friendly place to stay.
