Didn't stay they charged my card before got there even after saying it could be paid on site. On top that they require you be 40 miles from property which wasn't listed on email I received or anything and if the manger or their staff had looked at the booking they. Would known prior to arriving

Getting around Hixson is very easy, as far as road accessibility, but the GPS seems to go off just a little bit every now and again. But the re-routing was not bad and it was easy to get back on the right track. I was here for a specific event and didn't do any outside touring, but it is so close to Chattanooga and there is a lot to do there.

We really didn't see much of Hixson - we got to the motel after dark and left as soon as we packed up and ate breakfast. If travelers want to be close to the sights in Chattanooga, they might consider a motel closer in to Chattanooga.

It was good for a weekend getaway.
It was good for a weekend getaway. We did have a few complaints for small issues. When we got checked-in we had requested bedding for the pull out sofa and never got any. Then when we went to unpack we noticed a dark dirt spot on the fitted sheet. Room service was still on the floor across the hall and we asked if they could change the sheets while we went out. The stains where still there when we came back and the only thing we got was a flat sheet sat on the sofa when we got back. Then when we took the kids to the pool there where no pool towels. When we asked for towels they told us we would have to wait cause they were all in the laundry.

We like the newness of the hotel and the floors. No Carpet.
We like the newness of the hotel and the floors. No Carpet. I booked there for the breakfast for the grandchildren and because of the renovations. Towels were very dingy when we could get towels. But like I said hallways needed vacuuming and were not the two nights we stayed. Trash cans at the elevator was overflowing and some trash was place on the floor by the elevator but was never emptied. Atleast while we were there.

On the river, GREAT food, great staff, great environment, decent prices but be prepared to drop 170.00 or more for a group of 4 for drinks and dinner
Edley's BBQ, AMAZING food, great service, quick on the food out, small drink glasses (Mason jars) amazing environment, very very reasonable priced menue, North Chattanooga walking district area so you can spend some time shopping if that is your thing, A must go to.
Honestly the pictures do not do this place justice. And what I mean by that is it's just not the best place. The floors in our room probably hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long and it was just gross. They definitely need better house keeping and have people come fix things because I heard other people complain about things not working right. But if you need somewhere mildly cheap with no other options then I guess it's suitable.
The facility was spotless, everything worked as it should, beds were comfortable. It's an older building but very well maintained. The location was fine for us, close to where we needed to go, but gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because there wasn't much of scenery/view right there. We did find a gap in GPS reception in the area near the hotel, so good to be clear about your route before leaving.
This is a newly built hotel that was very clean in every area. The free breakfast was excellent. We were able to make waffles, have biscuit with sausage and egg. Cereal was available along with many juice choices and bagels with muffins. The staff were friendly. The area for us was great for our needs. Best hotel I have stayed at in many years.
Greatly enjoyed the (2) breakfast meals. Being a first-time visitor to your area, this was a good location for getting about. Only stayed in Hixson area. Our families live there.
