The location is ok, surrounded by other hotels and set back enough from the road that the usually light traffic is not an issue. Many places to eat within walking distance and a supermarket next door. I recommend the Applebees as the staff are fabulous. Breakfast is adequate. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are worth having a go in. The pool is limited to 5 feet. The room is spacious, with fridge and microwave. Glory be for us Brits, a good size tub to soak in. So good, I'm returning to it a few days later after a mare elsewhere in Tennessee.

clean, quiet, comfortable bed, easy to find right off interstate 40 East. Driving across country from Northern California to Tennessee with 5 nights in hotels including Hampton inn, Marriott, and other Best Westerns. I am very picky and this was buy far the best yet. excellent value for cost in all the areas that matter. Being a light sleeper it was really nice not having the microwave lights, light the whole room at night. A+. also seemed like a growing area with several fast food restaurants nearby.

This was I and my wife's second trip to Tennessee. Every hotel that was pet friendly was booked on the Parkway therefore, we resorted to the next town over which was Townsend about 35 min from Pigeon Forge. Tash, Claudette and Andre were excellent hosts during our stay! The breakfast bar was very good and the coffee was soooo good! We also liked the fact that it was quiet here and the beds were comfortable; we rested well! The rooms were clean and we will definitely visit here again!

I must say that I do not give reviews very often but I feel as though this hotel and it's staff needed a review for me because of the excellence that this hotel has. The staff was extremely helpful in every way possible help me book rooms at a cheaper price than third party people. The breakfast was extremely good and the overall stay was excellent as well if you are going through Lebanon Tennessee I would definitely recommend La Quinta inn over any other one near there

08/2023 - we are family of 5 and first time visiting gatlinburg tennessee(smokey mountain national park) The location , room / hotel, the employees, good nice free breakfast every morning etc..everything was excellent and satisfying. it is a walking distance to every stores/rides etc. car rides close to the entrance of the smokey mountain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL who would like to visit gatlinburg/smokey national park.

Everything, cleanliness, the modern look, the bed was super comfortable, I love the shower in our room. The customer service was outstanding. The location was great. We come to Jackson Tennessee alot my son plays football at one of the colleges there. Now we have been staying at the other hotels but this will definitely be our new home when visiting Jackson.

I really love the flexibility of people who worked over this hotel in general, I was supposed to check in at 3pm, but landed in Tennessee around 2am to be at the at 3am and they accepted to check me in at no cost since the room was available at that time. room was clean and it is a quick area! I will definitely book this place again!

Location and Everything about the apartment, the host is so easy to deal with and even called round to check all was ok. The property itself was amazing and perfect and if you visit Memphis, don't stay anywhere else but here. I'll definitely be recommending and I will be back next time I am in Tennessee

Convenience to downtown and University of Tennessee is great. Could walk to all the amenities on Gay St, Market Square and Old City. The apartment was quiet and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, was nice having access to a kitchen. Parking was convenient. Value was also good for what we needed.

The beds are very comfortable probably the most comfortable I have ever seen in a hotel or an Airbnb. But the shower is what made it the bomb!! I will definitely be staying there again if I visit Tennessee. The staff was amazing. I was worried by a couple of the reviews, but it was very very nice.

We traveled to visit the University of Tennessee last weekend, and were looking for basic accommodations. This fit the bill and the price was cheap. It was clean and there was ample parking. Water pressure was good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the typical basic items.

Hotel conveniently located to University of Tennessee football stadium. Food at the Bistro was fresh and yummy! Check-in and out were super easy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. No hall or neighboring room noise.

I usually do not stay at La Quinta hotels because, as a brand, they seem old to me, but this one was updated, nice, and clean. It was also close to Tennessee Tech, which was great! I will definitely put this on my list of hotels to stay at while in the area.

Friendly staff, conveniently located right off I24, restaurants within walking distance. Hotel is quite, clean, and safe. The rooms are comfortable and pleasantly decorated. We always stay here when we visit family or pass through Tennessee.

Waited till I got to the hotel to tell me they had to cancel my reservation because im somehow considered local being from Bristol Tennessee/virginia border and I still haven’t gotten the money back from my deposit for the room!!!

Clean room and hotel in general. The value paid for the room was very good and I will be staying here again when I come back through Tennessee.. They have a nice pool and the breakfast was much better than I expected.

The staff were exceptional!! Very welcoming and accomodating! Our room was clean and very comfortable! Location was great for seeing Cookeville and visiting Tennessee Tech.

We picked the property because we are UT alumni. Our daughter loves Smokey, so we thought it would be fun to stay in a Tennessee-themed hotel during a visit to Knoxville.

We chose this property due to price, availability of a one night stay and proximity to University of Tennessee campus after a football game.

The location to the interstate. It's in clarksville Tennessee. Central to the main road where all the restaurants are.
