Great location on cliff-top with views along the beach to the West. Excellent pool. Friday brunch exceptional. Room very clean and decor first class condition. Bed very comfortable . All in all a good stay - the Ball I attended was excellent, serving good wine, and the waiters were attentive without being intrusive. Knew their jobs and executed well.

I like the improvement of the hotel since our last visit years ago. The rooms are new and the hotel is clean. The breakfast was good. You can’t deny that other facilities are old yet clean and working. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was located in the town's old quarters and walkable to some of the old markets. Ample parking space available. The food quality was good. The staff were friendly. Though the property looked a bit old, infrastructure maintenance was done efficiently. Nice pool, indoor and outdoor. 2 Jacuzzis. Steam and sauna are perfectly maintained. Large room size and overall the facility is quite spacious.

Perfect location. The only place to stay in Muscat because it's right on the Mutrah Corniche (boardwalk) immediately accessible to Muscat's only worthwhile sights - the huge souk, Old Muscat, etc. Breakfast buffet was quite good in a dining room overlooking Mutrah Bay.
