Everything except what i did not.like. Really.nice.place. great room. Beautiful view. Should prefer 2nd floor.rooms because.of privacy from the garden but it was very cosy.

Loch Vista is in an absolutely breathtaking location. You could sit and watch the view all day long . There’s a lovely table and and chairs outside. At breakfast you can sit at a counter with a full view of the mountains and the lake. Then the best part is Phil your host. He’s a retired sheep farmer and is so knowledgeable about the area, we could have sat and visited with him all day.

The cottages were great! They were all freshly new and well appointed. The outdoor space was beautiful and private. The hosts were available to us at all times and loaned us the grill and oil.

The view is AMAZING! Could not be better located. Just ~1 hour from Milford Sound. Amazing dark sky at night. It’s possible to see the Milky Way, shooting stars, planets and satellites. The property is simple, but very well equipped and clean. Bring your own dinner and breakfast though, there’s nothing around.

Just a 12-minute walk from Fiordland Cinema and 1.2 miles from Te Anau Glow Worm Caves, Classic A-frame on Milford features accommodations in Te Anau with a garden.
