Cozy and welcoming. Plenty of places to sit by the great fireplaces that were always lit. Very attentive staff. Nice selection of restaurants on site yet just a short walk to the waterfront.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, we were faced right out towards the beach and could see the sunset in the evening, which was incredible. The Seaside resort manager was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. He showed us to our room where it was well lit from the natural light and furnished comfortably. Lots of windows to open up for fresh air, or use the air exchange if it starts to get cold in the evening. When the tide goes down you can walk down the patio to the beach & along the water to search for pieces of beautiful pottery or shells. I would love to come back again a thousand more times❤️

Rooms are quite outdated -- Hotel seems old and very small -- Nothing much to do at the hotel or in the town, so makes the stay quite long and boring. Can't even use the second door for hotel access, even if your room is closer to that door -- Must go in through reception every time -- Why even bother having another door at all!

If you are ever in St.
If you are ever in St. George just take a drive.....it is so beautiful the scenery and the falls. We ate at the Birches restaurant it was amazing. This little town is chocked full of things to do and see. There is a little meat shop on Main St. called Terry's meat shop where he cuts the freshest meat right in front of you. Anything you want even alligator! So we got his beef ribs, wow they were amazing. When I said I will take 6 racks he said oh those are not racks those are individual ribs!!! OMG they were amazing and so much meat. One rib was a meal for me. So good. Will definitely be back.
This was an unexpectedly superior accommodation find. We were in St. Andrews and decided to get started later that day towards our PEI destination of the following day. We selected Granite Town Hotel simply because it was on our route and close to the highway. It was very clean, comfortable and superb value. Their advertisement indicates that it is family-owned and one certainly gets that feel. It's maintained in a manner that one would expect of family ownership.
A pleasant hotel on the edge of a very small town. Traditionally decorated and quite modern inside, we had a comfy large room with a big bed and good bathroom. The facilities in the room were what you would expect. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful and there were lots of places to sit. The wifi was strong. The value for money was very good.
Quaite a small hotel which was simply SUPERB !!! We loved everything ! Super silent location, big room, big bed, cleanness, fast WiFi, good breakfast, private parking area and last but not least very nice and helpful staff. Thank you !
Picturesque, immaculate, dog friendly hotel. Lovely staff. Nice continental breakfast.
Discovered a hidden gem, Main Street Pub right down the street with outdoor deck overlooking the river.
Clean, quiet, nicely decorated room with comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast. Nice landscaping around the hotel. A good restaurant is just a short walk away.
