We wanted for nothing whilst we were there and everything was catered for, even down to the toys our two year old son was loath to leave. The property was clean and tidy and the location a perfect base for our travels around the area. The little hamper was a wonderful touch and completely unexpected. We will be sure to recommend this wonderful little place to friends and family and hope to return again soon.

Beautiful setting, private, well set out entrance which avoids any awkwardness that you get sometimes when on someone else's property! Wasn't bothered by the owners but felt they would help if needed. Cabin was spotless and really nicely laid out and decorated
The chalet was very clean & in a lovely quiet location.
Free parking onsite, very close to Park+Ride, cosy room in chalet, free wifi, beautiful grounds, good value
The room was nice although it was in a chalet style outbuilding, not in the main hotel. Location was nice and it was quiet
The rooms are brilliant - more like self-contained cabins than your usual hotel room. Situated away from the pub, across the beer garden so pretty quiet. Super comfortable, I slept well. Nice vibe and good food. Easy to get into Cambridge.
Very attractive old pub tastefully restored. Good selection of ales(Timothy Taylor's, Ghost Ship and Neck Oil).....shame we got there after it shut. Room warm clean comfy and light. Great 'trad' breakfast. Very convenient for stop off en route north. Cafetiere coffee would have been a bonus.
Clean Comfortable Helpful staff Cooking facilities Shuttle bus to town Restaurant and bar available Sainsbury's around the corner
Location and pool are fantastic. I also like the fact that they serve food until late (pizza from 11 pm) though there is a gap between 10 (more like 9,45 as they/shut the kitchen earlier than the started time) and 11 pm when nothing is served. But you can order take away so no big issue. The staff were always friendly and helpful.
The bedroom accomodation was in one of 4 wooden huts outside the pub. I'm sure that I was aware that it was not in the building but the wooden naafi military base type building was a surprise. The room was small but clean, a tiny tv, but in a tinyroom so ok I suppose, althoug we couldn't read the info from the bed! The bathroom was snug but again clean. It cost more than a Premier inn and was much smaller, but unique. So depends what you are looking for
lovely wooden cabin in a great location. owner very helpful and welcoming.
