We had the whole place to ourselves as only two of us there’s a lovely lounge with comfortable sofas and large tv lovely size kitchen with everything you could need toilet downstairs we had a peaceful night on the double bed carpet upstairs was soft under your feet shower was lovely hot water plenty of pressure same as the bath the place is very well look after there’s a local premier shop 5 min walk away as well as nearby Morrisons 10 mins by car all in all I’ll come back and stay again

It was a home from home! Pete & Anita were very welcoming and kind. They have thought of everything really that you could want from self-catering accommodation. The decor was really stylish and lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and dishwasher tabs (had we wanted to use) and they had provided some milk, tea, coffee sugar and biscuits which would have been really welcomed if we had forgotten our own like we have previously. WIFI was included and worked perfectly during our stay.. which was important as we had work to complete. Our beds were really comfy. We had our own patio area. I would love to visit on holiday, but it was really nice being able to stay there while working too and only a 20 minute drive to the centre of Peterborough. Thank you Pete & Anita - we hope to return soon!

Everything I needed while staying, and not far from Whittlesey where I was during the days. Made to feel very welcome. Very relaxing stay with outside space and table chairs out on the grass to sit and relax 😀

Old stone walls, wooden floors and ceilings and plenty of live fireplaces do make you travel in time. However, this hotel is offering everything you need - top facilities and a very soft bed to take a good nights sleep. I also enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the same place - a 11 out of ten rating. Good food, friendly and caring staff - that all made me feel at home far away from my home! Good Job!
