Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Rustique House! Impeccably clean rooms, serene ambiance, and a warm welcome with a cup of milk coffee. Shan, the host, was accommodating, fulfilling all our requests and offering great suggestions for nighttime activities. Despite no kitchen, they kindly prepared our noodles, which turned out delicious. Breakfast was a delight with rotti, chicken curry, dhal curry, sambol, and a refreshing cup of tea. Highly recommend this place for a delightful experience. Thanks, Shan! Looking forward to another visit.

Situated in Nanu Oya and only 7.8 km from Gregory Lake, Ansi Villa features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. We chose Ansi Villa for its proximity to Nanu Oya station and it exceeded our expectations in service and quality. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. Above all the family are kind and hospitable. They had messaged me about train station pick up but due to bad connection I hadn't got the message. The gentleman of the guesthouse came looking for us in his van anyway, and thankfully found us. When we arrived we were greeted with welcome tea and cake. Even their little boy is so hospitable and sweet. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. I highly recommend Ansi Villa and will certainly stay again if I am back in Nanu Oya.

Boasting a terrace with garden views, a garden and a bar, The Edgware Cabana can be found in Nuwara Eliya, close to Gregory Lake and 8.9 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden. Absolutely amazing and one of the best places that we have stayed in. We stayed in Edgware Cabana villa and the place is modern and so comfortable! Plus it has an amazing big bathroom with a tub big enough to fit 2. The staff were also absolutely amazing. They made our stay perfect and I would definitely recommend them. We went for the half board option and it was like getting a restaurant experience in the comfort of your own villa. I would recommend at least spending one day doing absolutely nothing but enjoying the villa. TV was big and had all streaming channels and WiFi was really good :)

Very clean and quiet hostel with a very nice and helpful owner and the city centre at walking distance. had a great stay!

Offering a garden and garden view, RC AWKWARD is situated in Nuwara Eliya, 1.5 km from Gregory Lake and 5.5 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden. This guest house provides a shared lounge. The owners are amazing people , the free breakfast spread is generous, fresh and delicious. The dinner cooked by host’s sister is probably the best Sri Lankan food we had. Room is immaculately clean and smelling fresh always. We booked the room without attached washroom but that was not a concern at all.

Great place to stay. And that’s an understatement! The manager (and staff) of the hotel reinvented hospitality. They really go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed and more. Clearly they have a passion for making people feel welcome, whether it’s a personal welcome, excellent trip advice, taxi and laundry service, coffee, tea and treats whenever you might want it; and all that complementary. So, if you’re in the neighborhood, check out this place!

Offering a garden and city view, 20/20 wood cabana is located in Nuwara Eliya, 4 km from Gregory Lake and 11 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden. The owners were really friendly and served us an amazing breakfast.

Boasting garden views, woods hut features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 4.4 km from Gregory Lake. We had a good time with Wasa, Chithra and their son Rashi. They are a very heartwarming family and helped us with everything we needed. Wasa arranged a tuktuk tour for us to a tea factory and a waterfall and draw us a hiking-map from the house to single tree (3 hours tour through tea plantations and the wood, very recommended). You have to eat dinner there - Chithra is such a good cook! We ate twice there because we really loved it. All in all there could not be any better hosts then this family.
