Breakfast was delicious. Very quiet place, just a 10 minutes walk to the city center and the train station. Recommended!!!

Boasting a terrace and views of mountain, Casa Castagna 1620 is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Mergozzo, 15 km from Borromean Islands. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious and tastefully decorated. We felt welcome in this hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was relaxing to have a meal at the restaurant downstairs, especially the croissants at breakfast, while staring at the beautiful view of the lake and mountain. At the end of a long day, it was also nice to just sit at the balcony while enjoying the view.

Set in the pedestrian zone at the historical centre of Cannobio, 21 km from Lugano, Antico Borgo B&B offers a shared lounge and free WiFi. We had a lovely stay at this Air B&B. Great location. Super clean and all updated. We were on the top floor and had a nice terrace. Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Fabulous breakfast. Comfy beds and nice linens. But the BEST thing was the innkeepers. Chiara and Francesco were so friendly and helpful. A truly rare find - do stay here if you have the opportunity. You won't regret it.

Great attention to details. Giovanna and Fabio are delightful company offering great hospitality, sharing their lifelong travel stories, and gourmet cuisine. Highly recommend.
