I'm going to hate myself for this, because it could make it harder to book here next trip... Barbara and Emiliano are fabulous hosts! Very warm, accommodating and helpful... They just went above and beyond. My room was as pictured... Prefect for my shirt stay, and would have been great even for a longer stay. It was just me, but two would have been comfortable in the room. There was a stocked mini fridge in my room, in addition to a great continental-style breakfast being laid out on my table, plus additional items in the common room. And the interior was well appointed... Everything has been remodeled and updated... Towels supplied, as well as all toiletries. There's a security gate as well as a security door, and I really appreciated that it was just a few steps up. The beach is amazing, and only a 5 min walk from location... Really! Take a left out the gate, cross the intersection and there you are. If you continue left at the intersection, you can take a lovely stroll down to the Ponte del Mare, which will take you to the other side of the river and what was once Castellamare Adriatico. There are yummy restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, and the best little Gelato place! There was so much I would have liked to check out and see in Pescara, but this was a short trip, and I couldn't seem to pull myself away from the water... Good news is, I'll be back..... And did you know the Adriatic Sea is warm?! I do now 💕

We have chosen this hotel coz we were curious about 9,9 rating. we travel a lot and it’s quite a rare thing to find anything with such a high valuation. And it was not 9,9 , all 10! was just amazing! we were hosted as never in any place before. all was extremely clean , new and beautiful. hospitality was over any expectations. was husbands birthday and we were given the beautiful cake and a champagne . breakfast was great. first line on the beach with towels. the very city center with lots of restaurants and cafes all around. we are greatly surprised and if we ever go to Pescara again- we definitely have our dream place to stay.

Yeah, Corso Umberto is one of the main streets in city centre but it's not noisy. Bed is very soft, kitchen is quite equiped. Perfect place to stay for a few days in Pescara. The flat is large, clean and furnished with anything we needed for our stay including all sorts of kitchen appliances. The balcony was a plus to enjoy some warm sunshine. The washing machine is perfect if you are staying longer and need to wash your clothes. The flat was warm and the owner always super responsive. Will be back in the future.
