Everything about the property, and in particular the owners who provided all of the services, including an outstanding breakfast, was excellent. If there’s anything I can say, that was a bit difficult was getting our big heavy bags up to our rooms. It’s a narrow staircase, and we are an elderly couple, but I have to say that the owner couldn’t have been more helpful personally taking our bags to our rooms. Overall, it was a delightful stay and kudos go to the owners.

Our room was beautiful and clean, the garden and surroundings adorable and the breakfast was superb with delicious coffee and white tablecloths. The walking distance to Pitlochry was a big advantage

Finding this tucked away property was like entering an enchanted garden where you always have longed to be - only it is a real place, and Tori is not a fairy but a warm, hospitable and practical hostess determined on guiding her guests towards a heightened experience of the wonderful area including super useful tips on what to do and where to go. Rooms/bath spacious and spotless and well equipped (photo books, tourist leaflets, maps, tea, chocolate, even toothpaste!), all decorated with an eye for beauty which makes the stay a feast for the senses as well. Mattress possibly a bit on the firmer side. Delicious Scottish breakfast with extras in the glass conservatory overlooking the wonderful, lush garden becomes a perfect start of another adventurous day in this idyllic part of Scotland. Grateful for our stay and we hope to return.

A small fridge was supplied which was a bonus to keep drinks cold. It’s a great location one street up from the Main Street. A quiet location. The breakfast is continental style, I especially loved the fresh fruit salad. There is a car park to the rear of the hotel.
