Absolutely delightful B&B - perfectly clean, comfortable beds, really nice bathroom with good shower. The breakfasts were amazing in choices, preparation and presentation. The owners were excellent hosts providing a friendly and happy stay. We appreciated their recommendations for evening meals and local sights to see. Lovely home and well cared for grounds. Everything was perfect. We could walk into the charming town of Pitlochry.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location with lovely views, just a short walk to the Main Street of Pitlochry. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, breakfast was super (with plenty of vegetarian options) and Kerry and William are great hosts.

The property was converted to a bed and breakfast, within the past several years, by the owners/hosts. Kerry has impeccable taste, and all furnishings were luxurious, beautiful, and extremely comfortable; she thought of everything that would make guests feel at home. When we arrived in Pitlochry two hours before check-in time, we hoped to simply drop off our bags and walk around the town. William was home and not only welcomed us but helped carry the (heavy) luggage to our room that was ready for us. The view from our room (in picture) was awesome. Arrandale House is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Pitlochry but close enough to easily walk to the restaurants and shops. The incredible breakfasts were cooked to order and were the best of the whole trip. William and Kerry are fantastic hosts and made us feel very much at home. We stayed in Pitlochry several times in the past and will definitely return in the future, even if just to rest and relax at Arrandale House.

Kerry and William are absolutely wonderful hosts and people. The accommodations are new, clean and spacious with gorgeous views. Town is a very short walk and worth it to stay a few minutes out for the views and atmosphere. O and the homemade breakfast each morning was delicious; they took hospitality to another level. Don’t stay anywhere else in Pitlochry, this place was lovely.

We loved every single blessed thing about this B&B. Top of the list are the owners, the most friendly, kind, helpful hosts we have ever experienced. They have renovated this exquisite 1860s home retaining all the intricate original craftsmanship while creating beautiful guestrooms with spotless, smartly designed bathrooms. Pitlochry is such a lovely town, everything walkable, but one of the nicest features about this location is its proximity to a breathtakingly beautiful hike to a waterfall. The house is surrounded by woods and garden so you can barely see the adjacent homes and are able to sit outside watching Wildlife in complete solitude. The food is excellent, but the crowning jewels of this B&B are Kerry and William
