Nice to have a B and B where the room is separate from the main house. We are never keen on a cooked breakfast and the fridge was very well stocked to give us a hearty and healthy breakfast. Also nice to have a coffee machine.

- 9.3Scored 9.3WonderfulRated wonderful· 45 reviewsWonderful B & B, the bedroom was in an annexe to the main house ( a converted barn situated in the owners garden ) reached by a steep outside stair case, very comfortable large double bed, delicious continental breakfast, TV with Netflix/Amazon ( just remember to bring your passwords ), great location for visiting National Trust properties such as Batemans and Sisssinghurst. Would definitely recommend and will make a return visit.

Kate welcomed us on arrival and also checked all was okay during our stay. The rooms were clean with comfortable furnishings. A very good continental breakfast was provided. The annex is in a quiet location and close to a number of NT properties, Bewl Water and Bedgebury Pinetum.

We had very good communications from the owners about arrival times etc. The room was very clean and tidy and COVID safe. The choice of breakfast food supplied in the room was impressive with fresh fruit, juice, yoghurts and a choice of cereals and pastries. The standout feature for us was our own space in the large mature garden to watch the wildlife as we enjoyed a glass of wine. We would definitely stay again.AngelaYoung couple
