The owner came over to ensure everything was fine during our breakfast, the staff from the restaurant was lovely and they did an outstanding job as I have allergic requirements, everything was delicious (and safe, thank you!) The place is a dream, we went to celebrate a birthday surprise for a friend and she was delighted!! The rooms are decorated like in a great literature book, and coffee & tea is also provided, I was lucky to enjoy the morning coffee painting in the middle of nature as they have tables around the place surrounded by nature 😍 Couldn't recommend it more !! We will definitely be back! (Easy access - clear instructions on our way, nice road and close to Brighton - 30 mins by car, without the busy environment over there and the opportunity to visit nearby natural places)

The rooms were very clean, cosy and the Guest House is furnished with great attention to detail. The breakfast was great as were the biscuits and cakes. Rich and Katie are really great and caring hosts, we can highly recommend Seaview Sanctuary! We would love to come back again.

Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice
