We stayed on the 5th floor 5/2 apartment. Fabulous and unobstructed views of the lake from our TWIN balconies. Apartment was neat and clean and GOR (the receptionist) was always ready to cure any niggles that would crop up (like adjusting the geyser temperature) We were skeptical of the compound restaurant but the place was extremely cosy with a live bonfire INSIDE.....food was reasonable (better restaurants like Bohem Tea house in Sevan city center) All in all - ticked all the boxes and made our stay memorable

Brand new comfortable apartments in Sevan city is set in Sevan. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The flat is amazing. There is everything you might need. Because there were lots of different kitchen things, we had no issues cooking our favorite breakfasts. The hosts are just perfect. We got a bit lost on our way to the building, and they would find us and pick up and deliver us home. Thanks so much!

Boasting accommodation with a balcony, Aram Guest House is set in Sevan. Free WiFi is at guests' disposal throughout the property. Aram is an excellent host, he carried us to the appartement from the airport even though we arrived at 3AM. The appartement itself is clean, well situated near the lake Sevan, everything was working properly and was comfortable. We enjoyed our trip to Sevan
