It is a very big flat, there is big kitchen with decent equipment, the hosts are really hospitable, can speak english and they didn't want any compensation from us for flooding the shower and apartment below, bathroom and toilet are renovated and clean, there was no noise from the outside, lots of space for parking

Everything was great. The apartment is located near the central street, but it's not noisy. There is a supermarket nearby, as well as a couple of small groceries where you can buy fruit for breakfast. Parking is easy. The furniture is new. The hostess was super helpful - not only did she allow to check-in later then planned, she also gave us very helpful advice on where to eat and what to do. And to top it all - me and my wife were traveling with our dog (and he's a 30-kilogram boy!), and that was not a problem at all! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is going to visit Sevan.
