We Had a wonderful stay, the apartment has a great atmosphere, location ist very convenient just a short walk to Manger Square/ Church of Nativity. It was a pleasure to also meet the hosts who were very kind and helpful and quick and easy to communicate. I would highly recommend staying in Bethlehem rather than just do a day tour from Jerusalem, it gives the chance to explore the Church of Nativity in the morning and/or evening without many tourists, and also get to know the city itself. It was easy to park the rental car at the Checkpoint (free parking) and walk to the centre and see the Banksy sights along the way (taxis are waiting too, in case one doesn't want to walk...). We also felt very safe at all times.

We loved this apartment, and my wife and recommend it to anyone desiring to stay in the Bethlehem area looking for an attractive residence with the necessary conveniences you would expect at home. I loved the large refrigerator, clean range oven , dishwasher, microwave oven and other conveniences that I did not find in other apartments AT THIS AME PRICE POINT. This is a conveniently gated property. I was please with the value…the best Bethlehem has to offer!! The furniture is sturdy and large tile flooring, very appropriate in this setting. From the fourth, the view of all of Bethlehem is excellent. One of the two bedrooms has several windows with panoramic views on three sides.😊👍 The windows are equipped with electric blinds, to shut out all outside light for a good sleep. One downside to the apartment is that you must walk up the four flights of stairs to get to the unit, however, I’ve found this is the case with many Bethlehem apartments. 😑. Be careful, you may find the WiFi signal a problem in many low lying areas of the hilly Bethlehem terrain, but not at this apartment that sits on higher ground, yet centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and services. Again, the one negative, the hilly terrain requires upill walking and steps, but that is Bethlehem! 😅 Separately, I want to speak of the owners because this is worthy of special attention. As a U.S. citizen visiting Bethlehem, I felt not only safe, but loved by the owners who live in the building. The are loving, humble and kind nature couple with lots of other family members nearby. They were inviting, generous, and went above and beyond to be accommodating to myself, my wife, and our son, and even providing me a ride to the bank and copy service gratuitously. They accompanied my family for an entire afternoon while I was in Jerusalem conducting business. In the end, they were as family when we left. I highly recommend this stay for everyone, especially those demanding value! 👌

We liked everything at this apartment!!! We was 4 adults and 2 childs and it was enough space for another minimum 3 adults! I guaratee that it looks better in reality than in photos, is clean, smells good, is very spacious (it have 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living and 1 kitcken), is fully equipped with kitchen ustensils, you can cook, you have washing machine and dishes machine, detergents, extra linen beds, good internet connection and everything you need!!! We considered that is cheap when you compare the quality with the price, the host Khader is a reliable and kind man, he is trustworthy and don't worry if the reservation is made with cash! Everything is reliable and exactly as stated. He stayed close to the phone and quckly responsive at every little message or question. We stayed for two nights in 21-23 January, Only words of praise! I rarely give reviews, but now I wanted to write because it's worth it

We felt very safe The absolute best thing about our stay was our hosts. They were available to help us for anything we needed and even acted as our driver for day trips. When all of the shops shut for a day due to a national strike, they invited us for lunch because they knew we were out of food. They were the most wonderful family and I am so grateful to them for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely be back.

Khader is a warm, highly responsive host and his father is so charming. The Palestinian people are so friendly. We highly recommend you stay the night and do not rush back to Jerusalem.
