The room is also great and is fully equipped so that you can cook. the Wi-Fi in the room is also great for working remote. the person who owns these, or at least responds to you in booking, is very responsive and extremely nice. Finally, there is a washer and dryer on site which we found to be of extreme benefit.

Perfect place for the stay, we have found everything we needed. Felt like home. Appartment was clean and cosy. Close to everything you need while traveling. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was a very lovely and memorable stay.

It was an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is roomy, clean and has everything you need to feel like home in Tenerife. I wanted to stay in a quiet neighbourhood, but still be connected to the big towns like Santa Cruz and La Laguna, and this place fits the bill. There's a big supernarket closeby as well as a bus and the tram that take you to SC and LL. The bed was super cosy and the kitchen was modern and well furnished. Wifi was also super fast! All in all, I highly recommend!

What a find! Situated a stones throw from the old town centre, San Diego 22 is very well located, with every facility you could want. Very friendly and kind owner who was able to help if you needed anything. Spacious and clean, ideal, if like us you are walking in the North of the island. Would definitely reccomend and would definitely come back as excellent value. Best bit? Pick your own orange and lemons for breakfast.

From the bus stations (intercambiadores) in La Laguna and Santa Cruz there are many other bus connections to the whole island. We also had a rental car for part of the time. Martinha met us at the apartment and was helpful throughout our stay. Several restaurants and the unique oceanfront saltwater swimming pools are within a 10-minute walk or short drive. The self-checking was very easy thanks to the good description. The area was quiet and maybe 10-15min walk away from the centre with lots of restaurants and bars. Public car park is around. Overall, February can get a bit cold and there is no heating for the whole apartment like in most northern European countries. However, a big plus was the electric heating we had in the bedroom, which made it very comfortable.
