Our bus was late and arrived almost at midnight and our host met us late at night to hand over the key.. after hours and with a smile ,,,,that nothing is a problem and was very very accomodating. The apartment is modern, very spacious, almost new and very clean. The staff could not do enough for us and the cleaning service was second to none. As for the location, it was smack in the middle of the town and 5 mins walk to the start of the Sassi. It’s very well located to shops, train station and bus terminal. We would definitely recommend this place and when and if we return to Matera, we would stay here again.

Was just renovated and extremely high standard in terms of modern facilities, cleanliness, bright...a contemporary place that still feels traditional. The pool was outstanding, wonderfully designed with shallow area and a deeper end. Rooms exceptionally clean and well designed. Everything was beautiful and comfortable!

The owner, Tina, met us in a convenient location on our day of arrival to guide us to the residence.
