Nobody was there, ok, no problem, it’s remote. However, neither did they answer the phone (we tried several times), nor did they ever call us back. The positive about Beechurst Serviced Apartments is there are enough other accommodations in Cheltenham you can go for.

It has all you need for a self-catering break. We stayed as a family of four and used it as a base for both Cheltenham and the nearby Cotswolds.

The flat was very comfortable and should we have needed to be self catering it was well equiped. Nice to have off road parking in that area because now it is resident permit parking.

Being an apartment I expected a bit of noise but it was really quiet. Check in details were easy to follow and the communications with hosts Ben and Emma were quick and easy
