Beautiful boutique Hotel with a very stylish interior. Our room had a lovely free standing bath and they had left a gift of a small jug of Port for us and some shortbread for our Anniversary. The room not only had a kettle and Nespresso machine but also a lovely China teapot. All this added to our enjoyment. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Lovely treat.

Cheltenham is a lovley town. I am bias as I grew up here. Of course I did not appreciated it as a child but going back is always a pleasure. The prom, Montpelier, Pitville park to stroll and feed the ducks (also an amazing playground for children now) Great shops, restaurants and ambiance. Alway check out what’s in at the Everyman theatre & or Town hall.

Lots to do in and around Cheltenham. We visited Bourton on the Water and would have liked to have seen more in that area. Seems lots to do in Cheltenham in the evenings and some nice boutique type shops. Definitely visit again for a little longer.

My partner and I really enjoyed Cheltenham, we went out to the town hall for a great Motown night, then we had drinks in a local bar that was full of very friendly people of all ages groups. Our accommodation for the night was great in every way, the staff was very welcoming and it's a perfect location for easy access to the town center. We will definitely return in the future and we would fully recommend it.

Some areas of central Cheltenham are lovely and others, much less so. The more genteel areas have a wide range of places to eat that will suit all tastes. There are some lovely parks.
Street parking with a permit is a bit of a lottery. You may be lucky to find a spot in your zone but this could be some distance from your accommodation.

Cheltenham is a Regency town with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars and a good base to explore the Cotswolds , one of England's most beautiful areas .
The town is also a conference and events centre , with literary and jazz festivals and horse racing being the most popular events
For those of you with an appreciation of architecture , it is a treasure trove of Regency and Gothic styles .

Its a lovely town, We were lucky to see a show at the Everyman Theatre, which is a beautiful provincial theatre - Cheltenham is lucky to have it but it was full up on the Tuesday night we visited. We were saddened to see so many empty shops and especially that the huge Cavendish House store is closing, which will have a depressing effect on the town centre. There were lots of very nice looking restaurants and bars. We would love to visit again and spend more time looking around.
Beautiful Georgian building set in Clarence Square which is on the edge of Cheltenham Centre. Considering the current situation the restaurants and pubs were very welcoming and warm. The Hotel was being renovated as had been bought by the current owners at the beginning of the pandemic but sufficient rooms had been made ready to open. The owner was very helpful and engaging and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and return
I liked all aspects of our stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were large comfortable and clean, breakfasts were very good albeit limited on the hot food front and the limited menu for our evening meal was perfectly fine.
The location was great with very easy walking access to bars, restaurants, shops and parks. There is so much to do and see in Cheltenham town centre.
This place is beautiful. It has lots of soul. Something that is missing from big hotels. It’s just great. Oozing character and charm. Unbelievable value for money. I feel the owners could perhaps charge a little more. It’s lovely. There is no parking- so you have to find a space on the road. A small price to pay. Lovely owners and a fabulous location.
This hotel is very comfortable and in a good location for exploring Cheltenham. There is free, off road parking. Petra was very helpful before and during our visit answering all my questions promptly. Due to Covid restrictions, continental breakfast was served in the bedroom. My gluten free breakfast and my husband's normal breakfast were both good.
The property is a very nice refurbishment of a chapel in Cheltenham town centre, superbly appointed inside with a great kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom all in new condition as far as I could see. The duplex split is an original use of the space and the reserved parking and proximity to town and local facilities were very handy.
This apartment is in a great location with free on-street parking, walking distance from town centre & perfect for anyone working in Cheltenham.
It’s decorated beautifully and is very spacious for a reasonable price. I’d thoroughly recommend this place to anyone coming to Cheltenham to stay for a few nights - you will not regret it.
Lovely, clean self catering flat with everything you need including a spacious kitchen with outside patio.Having a parking space for one vehicle is a huge bonus for a flat in a town centre. Great location with both restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The host was contactable and ensured we had all that we needed. .
As a studio flat it was light and spacious. On the first floor, it felt safe too. Parking was literally outside the front door and a well stocked food store was open till 10pm. The flat is on the right side of Cheltenham for the M4 and M5 motorways. Leckhampton is green residential area. I would stay there again.
Lovely clean guest house, with friendly staff, located just a few minutes walk from the Cheltenham town centre.
Cheaper pre-booked street parking is available in advance through the guest house, but there is also a large outdoor NCP car park directly opposite the Portland.
The hotel is beautiful and clean with spacious rooms. The bar area is welcoming and comfortable and staff are friendly. It's a good location for the city centre and the parking at the hotel is convenient. I would stay again.
The location was excellent. Very handy for the town centre and a lovely park for walking our dog. The staff were very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in Cheltenham. We will use this hotel again.
It's a whole flat, with a kitchen and living room. It has everything you need. Great location near to Cheltenham town centre. Sparkling clean. Access with door codes very easy.
An excellent boutique hotel, walking distance from centre of Cheltenham. Added extras such as gin &tonic on arrival and sloe gin in the room made the stay exceptional
The breakfast was excellant, and the hotel had a boutique feel to it.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
Quite location and close to the town centre.
