The bed is so comfortable we had trouble getting up!

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place for a trip for two. The facility is located in the most beautiful street we have seen in Crete, a few steps from the port of Chania. The host is very nice and helpful. We recommend a room with a balcony, the view is like from old movies, very atmospheric and with restaurant tables underneath. The room was very clean, all the furniture was new and cosy. Bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. At night you can hear life in the old town, but very gently, it is a very nice ambient for sleeping. I recommend it to all romantics and fans of atmospheric places! Can't wait to come back!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a perfect base in Chania Old Town - and very comfortable all round ( immaculately clean and tidy, large comfortable bed, central location, pristine bathroom, everything we needed). Katerina is very experienced and professional, and there is a calm, kind and gentle atmosphere. We had the uppermost room with the balcony this time, and was lovely to have that outdoor space. We are happy to have discovered it, as we travel to Chania regularly.

Beautifully styled room with a lovely balcony overlooking the laneway. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Katerina our host was amazing, giving us tips on day trips, dining and everything in between. Great location, close to the harbour, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

The lack of an elevator make access to the higher floors difficult for people with restricted mobility, which is in common with much of the accommodation in Chiana Old Town

Carrying our luggage up two long flights of stairs was challenging as was going up and down quite often to explore Chania. This, however, would not deter us from staying here again as the location and ambience of our hotel room were both perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. Katerina, the owner was very welcoming and our room was inviting and beautifully presented. We had non alcoholic drinks on arrival in our room with all necessary amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Viaggio Elegant Rooms. Katerina was an amazing host, she gave us some great recommendations of places to eat around the city, best beaches to visit and the main historical sites. She waited for us due to a delayed flight late in the evening and welcomed us when we had arrived. Our room was perfect, great view over a city street with restaurants, lovely patio area with sun beds. Really good facilities.

The hotel does not offer breakfast but there are many choices at the old port of Chania 300 meters away from the hotel. There is no elevator in the building but this is expected since the hotel is in an old venetian building. Katerina helped us with the luggage to the second floor (the top floor).

This is a lovely small hotel in the old town of Chania at an excellent location with many restaurants and other attractions around. The location though central is quiet. The lady manager Katerina was very kind and helpful. The room was large, nicely decorated. The bathroom was also large enough and well equipped. The double bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator is available in the room as also a kettle and an espresso machine. We were welcomed in the room with a sweet and a raki.
