This was an exceptional stay with a very good apartment which was very clean and had all amenities one could need not to mention one of if not the best hosts I have ever had Niko has to be the most wholesome down to earth person who made this stay even more amazing, Highly recommend.

Beautiful, very clean and well equipped apartments with charming garden. Very friendly hosts - Nikos and Alexandra, who are always happy to help. All that just 10-15 minutes walk from the old town. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure will return, if visiting Chania.

Nikos is a nice and friendly host. He has a lot of good recommendations and is taking care of his customers. Thank you for welcoming us ! We enjoyed a lot our stay, the apartment is well furnished and confortable. The cleaning is carefully done. There is lot of parking spots in the street and good bakeries in the neighborhood.

The host Nikos war very kind and full of necessary details to organize better activities in area. The location is in a very quiet quarter at 15 minutes walking distance from downtown . The accommodation is very clean and nice !

Property was very comfortable, clean and good facilities. In a quiet part of Chania about 20 mins walk to the harbour which was our preference, for some it might be a bit far to walk. Niko was very helpful and gave lots of recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. They proved to be spot on!

Nikos's place is the cleanest one in which we stayed so far. Even if the apartament is not big, it is fully equipped, everything you need is there. His attention to the details is amazing. Also his recomandations of restaurants were great.We ate the best mousaka as Chrisostomos, thanks to him. We will definitely return here if we'll visit again Crete.

It is not close to the beach, so it’s best to rent a car for easy acces. There are buses, but their schedule is weird.

The host is indeed very nice and helpful, easy to get in touch with. The house looks great, modern, very clean and comfortable.

Air conditioning was perfect. The kitchen had everything needed. Cleanliness was excellent. Nikos was very helpful and provided a lot of information about Crete. Terrace was calm and useful. Bus stops, bakeries and cafes are within 2–5 minutes of walking range.

The building is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, which is a nice break from the bustle of the city and Old Town. The apartment itself is extremely clean and tidy (it is cleaned every day except Sun), and includes all the facilities/amenities you need for a week-long stay. There is also AC, a lifesaver in the hot summer heat! The garden/courtyard is lovely, and it was nice to look out to a lemon tree from our front balcony. There was always a parking spot for us by the building, which was a huge relief off our backs, as you’ll see parallel parking is no joke in Chania. Our host, Nikos, has also been nothing but incredibly kind, accommodating, and welcoming from the get-go, from providing us tips and recommendations on our first day, to greeting us each morning/afternoon and asking about our day. He really goes above and beyond to ensure that you feel at home and are having a comfortable time. I really hope to be at Terpsis Estate again when we eventually come back!

Nice area 10 minutes walking from the old harbor. Better to stay here if you have rented car. Parking outside the rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Very clean. Nothing negative.

Nikos is a super nice host and cares a lot about the well being of his guests. The apartment is very nice, modern, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It is about 20 min to walk into the center but for us it was not a problem at all. Parking is not a problem either.

The apartment is around 15-20 minute walk into the centre of Chania, this was not a problem for us but something to bear in mind when booking.

The property was super clean when we arrived and cleaned very well throughout our stay. It is very modern and well equipped. We really enjoyed the outside patio with a table and chairs. Nikos was absolutely amazing, he gave us recommendations when we arrived and was on hand throughout our stay for literally anything we needed. He gave us a tour of Chania, a lift to the beach and a lift to the bus station. Him and his family could not have done more for us! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

One of the cleanest apartments we ever stayed in. Bed is also very confortable and wifi is great. There is also parking available if you rent. Nikos will tell you everything you need to know about the area. He was extremely helpful.

Nikos was absolutely incredible, so friendly and had so many resources for us to look through to help us find our way around and find fun things to do and gorgeous places to eat. He was so incredibly welcoming and helpful, and Terpsis Estate had absolutely everything that we needed and wanted for the entire ten days.

The apartment was fantastic, the only thing to mention is that it is located a bit away from the centre of Chania (the Venetian harbour, restaurants/tavernas and the commercial part). It takes some 20 minutes to get there walking. It did not bother us but some could have an issue with it.

Really clean and large appartment with a big size shower which doesn't happens often in crete. Located in a quiet street, had no problem finding parking in front on the street ( were in october). Great host, would return to terpsis estate any time.

everything was perfect about this accomodation. The location is just ideal - quiet and calm, but also close to the center if you need it. We enjoyed slow breakfats on the terrace. free parking spots all around what is a great advantage. Cleaning takes place everyday and the lady keeps it super tidy. Apartment had everything we needed - even a fruit squeezer if you are fancy a fresh juice. Nicos is a great guy, super helpful and he saved us a few times. He showed us many great places around Chania and also left some welcome treats for us. we will recommend this place to everyone, it was a great pleasure and we hope we will come there again. The price is really low for this high quality!

Everything was perfect.

Nikos and Terpsis Estate was outstanding. We arrived really late and he picked us up from the Bus Station voluntarily and even gave us a lift as we we're running late later that week. The place was very new and had all the amenities we needed. Do yourself a favour and stay here as you will not regret it! I'll definitely come back if I ever find myself back in Chania!

The appartment was very beautiful and it was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and there were two kind of pillows ( one softer than the other). Moreover it was near the center and it was very easy to park the car near the appartment. Finally, I would like to point out that Nikos gave us a warm welcome. He is a very kind and nice person that made us recommendations about places to visit and to eat and also showed his availavility to be contacted in case we had any problem. I have really enjoyed the stay here and I would repeat it.
