There is not much to do around the area, apart from 2-3 restaurants

The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was quite equipped which allowed us to have light dinner and breakfast inhouse. The A/C was working great. The communication with the owner of the facility was excellent, he is very kind and helpful and he gave us nice tips to explore the area near Elafonnisi.

The room is great, very new, clean and bed was so far the most comfortable in our crete travelling. 10min from elafonisi beach, I suggest you take a room at smaroula and see the beach at sunset and sunrise where literally you can have it all for yourself.

Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved this place! The bed was so comfy we didnt want to leave it, but Elafonisi beach was so close, that going there was easy and super fast. Taverns serwing very good food are just 2 minutes on foot from Smaroula. The owner was so nice and helpful, we’re very glad we choose that hotel to stay.

Great location, short drive to Aspri Limni, Elafonisi, Kedrodasos. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had the perfect water pressure. Gregory is a very helpful host. Highly recommend!

Great little apartment with a very friendly owner. Clean and comfortable room with a lovely shower. Only a couple of minutes walk to the local restaurants, all of which looked appealing. No breakfast but was informed by the owner that the restaurants nearby do offer this.

We had the most helpful and lovely host who was at the property within a few minutes of us messaging to say we had arrived. There are some taverns just a short walk away. This was a great place for us to stay to head to Elafonissi Beach

The TV on the wall didn't extend out so it could face the big bed, instead it faced the twin. We struggled with trying to find American channels, so we connected our Amazon, but the 2nd night we struggled with internet connection. The bed was not comfortable for me, but my husband was fine, but I'm older and have an older back. I ended up sleeping on the twin, it was a bit of a thicker pad, but not much.

The area and Smaroula were so quaint and quiet, restaurants excellent. Gregory was very nice, attentive and welcoming! The price was very good. The Smaroula is walking distance to restaurants and mini marts, and the lagoon, which is GORGEOUS! I wish it was a bit warmer water so I could have a swim, but it was only May. The Smaroula is just 5 min drive from Elofonisi Beach which we loved, and was the whole reason for going!

I had booked a small single room, but got upgraded to a triple room without additional charges. The room was simple, but large and clean, good value for the money I spent. The location is very convenient since it is 5 minutes away from Elafonisi beach by car. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Could have done with slightly more kitchen equipment, though this was mostly because we were there in the off season when food places were closed.

The owner was really friendly, and gave us good advice about what to do and where to go in the area. The place was comfy and well laid out.

For a short stay nothing could have been better. For a longer stay, the space is a bit small.

The host (ess) was very kind and welcoming, showing us our room and making us feel at home. The room was new, sparkling clean and perfect for a brief stay.

You cannot cook in the kitchen, equipments are too small. The property is under vidéo surveillance which is great. However, the camera was directed at the window of our room so we had to leave the curtain closed all the time. We recommend to fix this if possible.

Functional and nice room. Very clean. Excellent shower. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We visited the Monastery close by which we definitively recommend, it is a jewel! The taverns are just 100 m away accessible by foot and serve excellent food at a good price. Supermarkets are very close too. You can enjoy the place if you are without a car (2-3 attractions accessible by foot) but having a car is preferable.

The only thing that was lacking was a table and chairs in the room. Although the room is quite small, there is a place to put a small table and two small chairs.

It was a very nice apartment - although rather small with no real kitchenette, it was extremely clean, quite modern, with good shower, good beds. The small place was designed very efficiently. The apartment is close to Elafonisi beach and to a real natural treasure - a small bay that looks like almost a lake. It is also very close to a great monastery. The cleaning lady was the most hospitable and told us about everything we could do and see.

Bit pricey- but this area in general seems to be expensive when it comes to accomodation. Washing machine would be definitely a plus, as well as cooking hob especially for people staying for few days or longer.

Big, very clean room. Comfortable bed. Good sized shower and bathroom- everything new. Very kind, attentive host. We booked room on the last moment, but even thought he was ready to greet us within few minutes. We received a lot of useful advices. Nice area- few minutes with a car to Elafonisi beach, but nearby there is also another calm small beach. Good restaurants around. Plus for providing good quality cosmetics and bottle of water.

Our room was very small, with 2 suitcases on the floor you could hardly move around. The only window looks onto a shared access terrace, lit up at night.

A room next to Elafonisi, furnished with air conditioning and private parking, cleaned and with a beautiful big shower. Gregory has been really kind with us giving us all informations about what places to visit, where to have dinner and when to go to each beach; he also borrowed us the umbrella (even though with all that wind it was difficult to open it :)).
