The contact with the manager of property, very helpful and nothing was too much to ask. The room was very comfortable and in an amazing location. We were celebrating our anniversary, and Georgia arranged some beautiful touches to the room to make our stay even more perfect and memorable.

There was a loud club or something that BLASTED music at night, but it was easy enough to tune out by turning up the air conditioning. And it’s the only negative of the entire place, so this is just being picky.

I LOVED my stay here. The absolute best value for money, the staff was amazing. I am unsure of what the woman’s name is that I spoke to on the phone, but she was amazingly nice and helpful with all of my questions. They even let me stay on the second floor instead of the ground floor since nobody had booked the other room and it made my stay much more comfortable! The room was incredibly clean, bathroom was nice, free coffee and tea, and the TV had Netflix which was amazing. Overall, would absolutely stay here again, I had such a great time.

We did not realize how many steep circular steps there would be to the room so we wished we had booked a room on a lower level. It was also very odd that the bathroom door was see through from the room, but reflective from the inside. It would have been nice to have enough coffee pods for two cups each.

The location was excellent and the host was very responsive when we had questions. It was very nice to have a drying rack out on the balcony and a coffee maker and refrigerator. The host left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift which was very nice.

The room was really small. I'd recommend it only to couples. The bathroom was also quite small. I know that the owners can't do much about it as it is a beautiful old building but I think that the tourists should consider this.

It was a pleasant stay - the room was beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed. The location is more than perfect - close to a little quiet square in the Old Town of Chania.

There isn’t any balcony and the hanger to let our swimsuits dry is a bit small. Also, due to its location there isn’t any available private parking space apart from the public parking spots close by.

Modern apartment in the heart of the old town in Chania. The host was very kind and responded immediately to all our requests and questions. The cleaning stuff was very friendly and even on our 2-night stay they cleaned the apartment every morning. Totally worth it, would stay again!

Find a parking space is crazy The room was too too small… you can’t even take off clothes from the luggage. Maybe I was wrong but i was expecting at least a normal size room

Should be able to offer reception service also on Sunday, even by collaborating with nearby hotels or other options. It is inconvenient for travellers to arrange baggage storage in anticipation of a flight departing later during the check out day.

Our stay was great wonderful! Everything is like the images if not better. The room atmosphere is very calm. All the people we met that work for this property were lovely! Made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We were greeted by Georgia with a map of the city and with a lovely bottle of wine. On our way out we met another two people from the staff that were very welcoming, friendly and made sure our stay was good and without any troubles. My partner is from the island and said that it was the best stay she’s ever had in Chania.

Fabulous location. Friendly cleaning staff. Exceptionally clean room and very comfy bed. We loved thd extra touches like complimentary wine and the coffee machine. Outstanding breakfast at nearby Ginger Concept! Georgia was the perfect host who communicated regularly to make sure everything was fine.
