The accommodation is board only and Nick was very helpful with suggestions as to the best places to eat and had negotiated discounts with local restaurants. He was also very helpful with booking local trips. The hotel's location is perfect for a stay in Chania being very close to the harbour and all the bars and restaurants but at the same time is in a quiet street. Nick and his family could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Nick and Maria were so friendly and helpful, nick made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and gave us some recommendations to get us started in the area. rooms are fresh and clean. Honestly couldn’t have found a better location, access to the old town and harbour just down the steps so you are away from the crowds but only 2 mins from all the restaurants and the port, excellent value for money. Absolute gem of a place. Thank you for having us

Nikolas is a very easy going and helpful host. He lives in the building with a lot of cats around. You can ask him everything you need. He arranges even car rental for you. There is a garden and a rooftop terrace open for the public. You'll find a kettle and Nescafè in the room as well as a small bottle of water in the fridge. No breakfast but you can go to the many restaurants doen at the old harbour.

The walls and door of downstairs rooms are paper thin (plasterboard) . Mulply times guest complained to other guests because of talking, music, tv etc. Educate other guests beforehand

Close to harbor and old port, yet almost no sound from the streets. Very nice for walks.

First of all Nico was the nicest person you could ever meet. Nothing is a problem for him, he gave us great advice on where to eat. Complimentary sweets and Raki. The room was large, very clean and tastefully furnished. The shower was great, with great water pressure. Great location.

I would rate my stay a 10 out of 10 The host was really kind and accommodated everything perfectly. The room was comfortable and spacey. There was free treat waiting for me: tsikoudia and melomacarona. I couldn't imagine a better stay for a couple of days at Chania.

Hosts were absolutely lovely, welcoming and so hospitable. They welcomed me with cake and a local digestif and were always there for anything I needed. Location is really ideal right by the beautiful harbor and Old Town and loads of wonderful restaurants and cafes.
