You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Apart from the Sirocco seasonal wind and dust which is beyond anyone’s control, nothing.
My third stay at the Oreia, it didn’t disappoint. The reception staff were very helpful and gave me a wonderful welcome on my arrival. Once again the Oreia offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with excellent room facilities and outside courtyard areas planted with a good array of colourful shrubs and citrus trees. The fragrant aroma from the ripening lemons (in the spring) wafted through the courtyard. Close to the town bus station and a 2min walk to the ferry pier/jetty. I will happily book again on future visits to Paleochora.

The lounge area was a little smaller and less comfortable than we would have liked, however there were only two of us and we didn't spend much time in our room. Car park signage could be improved especially from one direction - google sent us around the block a few times!
Good free outdoor off street parking. Well situated at a quieter end of Paleochora, yet easy walking distance to everything including cafes & bars, supermarkets, and both beaches. Great information on our arrival about Paleochora and its surrounding areas. Very clean and generally very comfortable 1st floor apartment, with good aircon, and balconies for relaxing and for drying beach clothes and other laundry.

the area of the location is not as busy as the village center, calm and green facility, same kind of guest (no "party people"), respecting privacy and silence. no intrusive staff, very gentle and approachable owner and manager and cleaner. I love to be woken up by the voice of the rooster :-) and the gentle sunshine.

Nothing to complain about
Proximity to beach and bus station. Lovely room. Exceptional bathroom - a lovely shower with an actual shower screen! Lovely friendly staff. Will return.

The facility and the staff were just perfect. Clean and quiet rooms, perfect on the edge of paleochora, 2 minutes walk from stony beach! A wonderful vaccation!

Wi-Fi signal was rather weak but this is probably a general issue with Greek telecoms rather than a property specific problem

Nothing really.
It’s a one-minute walk to the pebbly beach, a little further to the gorgeous sandy one. The gardens around the apartments are pretty and arranged around the terraces and outside spaces so there is always some greenery to look at. Apartments are very clean and the beds are sooo comfortable. Everything you need for simple apartment living is provided. The staff and cleaners are super helpful and friendly.

Nothing. I liked everything.
Everything was great. The room had a renewed bedroom and bathroom, and everything was super clean. The location is perfect, close to the center of Paleochora but in a quiet area. Moreover, the attention of the staff and their recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area was excellent.

Everything was fine
Perfect location by the pebbled beach. Quiet,but close to restaurants and villagecenter. Kind and helpful host. Private,safe carparking. Big terrace with seawiew. Kitchenette. Modern room and bathroom. Comfy bed. We would love to stay again:)

The pillows were of a synthetic material and too thick.
Very nice quiet complex with lots of trees and shrubs. The studio was bright with a large sitting/dining/kitchen area, complete with TV (never got used) fridge & two ring hob. This ground floor studio came with a private patio with no view other than a hedge of Oleander and another sitting area overlooking some other studios, albeit through a multitude of flora. Access to these outdoor sitting areas were through intricate three layer sliding doors, allowing views, fly control (of which there were few) and air flow. Bins were emptied daily and the bed linen/towels were changed every 3 days. I'd stay here again if I could be guaranteed a balcony with a sea view.

Our particular room was situated in the reception building and so did not enjoy the garden setting.
The property is well located , close to the pebble beach and many excellent tavernas with easily accessible parking. Great spot for exploring the area.

Information on line advised that toiletries were included, although only hand soap there. Not a problem as we had brought our own, but possibly some visitors would not. This is the only thing I can thing of, but definitely not a complaint, as everything we perfect.
Excellent location, extremely friendly staff and appartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean, with regular change of towels/bed linen

The only thing I can think off was that there was no ice in the fridge as the ice tray was missing but they dropped iced water as soon as I mentioned it and it was a very minor issue that was fixed immediately and with a smile.
Wonderful team gave us lots of local information and tips for our short stay. Definetly be back for more time next visit.
