Nothing - I have sensitive hearing and there was a bit of noise on the weekend night since it’s old town but nothing ear plugs couldn’t fix which the staff kindly provided.

Exceptionally clean, luxurious furniture and design, amazing staff, and perfect location - Kontantina had the best restaurant and roadtrip sightseeing recommendations. Walking distance to old town and found street parking near place for no additional fees.

Minor fixes that staff immediately took note of And addressed the one light that was too bright at night so really that’s a plus!

The property is modern, clean and very comfortable. It’s very close to old town center. Everywhere is accessible within minutes. The hosts are amazing - they went out of their way to make our stay flawless!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The property is centrally located, just outside the old town so you’ll have easier access for taxis/cars and it’s a short walk from anywhere in Chania.

Pillows were very thick foam ones so good quality but too thick. It would be nice if they had a stock of other pillows like medium and thin ones so you could change for one that suits you better.

Amazing and romantic boutique accomodation right outside of the old town. You just cross the road outside and enter the pedestrian only old town. The suite exceeded our expectations. Staff were so kind and helpful with ordering a taxi, giving me a thinner pillow, giving extra water, etc. I can’t rate this place highly enough. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved everything about our stay here! The staff was super helpful, they accommodated our late arrival and gave us great recommendations for sites, food and activities. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and neat. Also, can't beat the location. Overall, very highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Stylish, elegant and clean and with every comfort you may need. Every detail of the room was thought through and i rate my stay at Mirabile as perfect, literally nothing to fault. The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Additionally the location really worked as the station is five minutes and taxis just outside of the hotel. I highly recommend.

It could be a challenge for elderly & people carrying big heavy luggage as you need to climb stairs to go to the room or front desk. There is one area for improvement, it will be great to provide info area where to park the car. As the carpark in front of the hotel is very hard to get and it’s only can park the car up to 4 hours.

The location of the accommodation is perfect, right in the centre of Chania (2min walk to old town). The room was clean. Jacuzzi was ideal for a couple and the best way to relax. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

It was a bit noisy at night. It would have been nice to use the balcony, but the traffic made it too noisy to be out .

The woman working reception was extremely helpful and friendly, from recommending restaurants to helping us clean up after we broke a wine bottle.

If you have any issues with climbing stairs don't book this place... In order to get to the hotel you have to climb around 30 stairs. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable enough, with a wooden beam in the middle, kind of like two beds joined together. The space for 4 people could be a bit of a challenge since it is cramped a bit. In one of the room, the water from the upper shower leaked down and caused damage on personal belongings. It was believed it happened due to lack of usage.

.the location was very good, close to the old city as well as the new one. The room was modernly decorated with two levels, upper with a bed as well as a bathroom. The room was well equipped. The staff was very helpful and super nice. We rented a car through the hotel which was very good, with a fair price and great service.

We had a slight issue with a security light being on at night but once staff were aware they were able to resolve.

Beautifully presented room and lovely facilities. Staff were the best we have had in a long time, very friendly and helpful. Very good facilities and plenty of amenities, coffees/robes and bottle of wine included. Location right on the edge of the old part of town. And the spa bath!
