Amazing luxury villa. Beautifully furnished with every amenity you'd need for a great holiday. The lovely owner Minos was extremely helpful and always on hand for anything we needed. We will definitely be back !

The owner Minoas met us at the villa and showed us round. We were a large party of friends and family celebrating a birthday, so we used all three villas. The villas and location are simply stunning. Very comfortable with everything we could possibly need. Already planning a return visit. 🥰

Where to start? What an amazing experience! We were 4 adults and 3 kids ages 1, 3, 5. Great hospitality and service. Beautiful location! And beautiful villa with amazing pool and views. The villa is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you can think of, from toiletries to kitchen, the owner even got us a small Bluetooth speaker for the pool (we told him we forgot ours) Walking distance from a gorgeous lake, and 7 min drive from great ocean beaches. Delicious breakfast and roomservice. Everything was sparkling clean! I can't stress enough how wonderful the owner was, who kept in touch with us the whole time. Recommending activities, restaurants, and locations to go to. Made sure we are satisfied with every aspect of our vacation. We are definitely going back there again every year.

Absolutely nothing

We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Minoas Luxury Villas. Minoas was an excellent host, and came by most days to ensure we had everything we needed, and immediately acted upon anything missing. The villa itself is clean, well furnished, with an excellent pool area, barbecue, and outdoor seating. TVs were setup in all rooms, and had easy to use access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify and other platforms. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked, and Minoas even came with takeaway pizza - and we were hungry after a long delayed journey from the UK. He also ensured the villa was fully cleaned 3x during our week stay, which made us feel very comfortable. Thanks Minoas for showing your hospitality, and in fact acting as an excellent guide to the region.

No negatives and no faults I could think of. The weather was quite windy which made the pool and jacuzzi cold, but we braved it anyway!

Minoas was a fantastic host. It's an incredibly beautiful property which is a bit remote (which makes it incredibly idyllic and peaceful for us!). Minoas and his family catered to our need and treated us like friends at their Taverna just down the hill from where the villa is.

The only thing I can think of is the mechanical sound of the engine of the swimming pool heater. But it won’t bother you’re not noise sensitive.

The hospitality was extremely well. As if we had a personal assistant at our disposal, delevering us extra outdoor lounges, meals from his restaurant (which he didn’t even want us to pay for when we checked out, ultimately), keys when I forgot them. He even sent us home with goodie bags full of souvenirs.

The ower’s hospitality made my family stay happily. He was fast in reply and gave us several recommendation to enjoy the vacation. Very clean and well made villa. It is near to lake and calm mood with nature. 8 beds are enough for two families.

Everything was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The villa was clean modern and spacious. The views were amazing. The host, Minoas was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having a good time. It was perfect stay for a group of friends we didn’t want to leave. 1000% will return.

The BEST Villa with the BEST host! Minoas Villas truly exceeded all my expectations. I honestly can’t fault anything about my stay. The Villa is even more beautiful in person, the area is stunning and has everything you need to hand. The host went out of his way many of times to help us wherever he could, and is available to speak 24/7 about anything you could possibly need. Anything we asked for was bought to the villa within 10 minutes. The villa is stocked with essentials and everything you need to feel truly at home. As a group of 6 young females we had concerns about safety, however, there was not a moment we didn’t feel 100% safe and welcomed. I will definitely be coming back. We Couldn’t be happier! If your hesitant about booking, this is your sign to DO IT!!!!

This villa was stunning, we had everything we needed there such as toiletries, electricals and some food essentials. The owner of the villa was so helpful and available 24/7. He sorted everything for us with good taxi service links also. We were close by to some lovely tavernas and the lake. I would definitely return again

Hello first of all u might have a little bit doubt about …the Villa but i can promise that this Villa is amazing . U got all what u need inside and the pool area is exactly like described. The owner was so Kind and caring about the guests. If u want to relax and enjoy Crete chose the Villa.

Let me just say that Minoas is awesome. He was waiting for us at the villa when we arrived, gave us a complete tour and gave us helpful advice for things to do in the area. When we had a minor issue with the remote control for the front gate, he fixed it immediately. Besides all that - the villa is spectacular. It's very modern, big, and clean. It's so great that you'd want to spend all your vacation time there. Because there's nothing you could miss! It has a nice pool and a whirlpool, a large patio with many chairs, and a nice living room. Still, if you ever manage to leave the villa, there's lots really cool stuff to do close by. You've got lake Kournas which is in 5 minutes by foot, and you have great beaches on the north coast which are like 8 minutes by car. There's really nothing to miss at this villa. If it seems to good to be true, it simply is!
