The villa was fantastic and the host was extremely accommodating. We spent some days at the villa which incidentally had some amazing views and was superbly appointed but it also it provided an excellent base to explore further afield including some gloriously picturesque beaches and beautiful Chania town.

We found everything to be perfect for our stay.

The property is situated among 5 villas within a gated area, with landscaped gardens and a lovely view. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was spotlessly clean and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor cooking facilities and the pool. The property manager Pantalis was an excellent host and was always at hand to assist with questions and provided excellent guidance on local hotspots, places to eat and visit.

Overall everything was exactly how displayed, the service by Pantelis was excellent and was more than happy to help above and beyond. Would definitely recommend organising transport around as this is few Km away from the city. But overall everything was perfect!

Our pool is very small. Our child can jump into the pool and you can't really swim as it's so short. There is a large playground exclusive to our villa but it's for small children (up to 5 years old). We think it's better for the owner to extend the pool rather than keeping the playground.

Pentalis met us on arrival to handover the keys and explain about all the facilities. He is a very friendly and very responsitvehost. We had a welcome basket and some cool water in the fridge. All the appliances work as they should and the villa is very clean. The view is beautiful and expansive with mountain and some sea views. We had a really great time staying there. Pentalis is available 24/7 and replies very promptly. Nothing is a trouble. to him. Thanks you much to all the cleaners too.

A delightful villa and service. Very clean, everything we could need was available and Pantelis was the perfect host. We could request the cleaners to come in when we wanted, and household items were replaced. The pool area was superb and our kids had a blast. The outside built-in BBQ was great and we used it a lot. Location-wise it was perfect - only a short drive to Chania. And a little village within walking distance.

We were a group of 5 and had plenty of space. Nice outdoor sofa and grill / dining area as well. TV with streaming services in the living room. Very professional and friendly host, who kept contact via WhatsApp and was always quick to react. Also let us stay until the evening on the last day since there was no booking for the next day. The location has nice views and is very quiet. We had a rental car, so getting around was no issue. Downtown Chania was 15-20 min depending on traffic. Also a number of hiking destinations is not far away as well in the mountains. For a family vacation with kids this was ideal and we had a very nice relaxing week.

This place was much better than the pictures show and was perfect for our family. Very clean, comfy beds, luxury showers, lovely veranda for our morning coffees. We were going to stay in Chania town but Im so grateful we decided to stay here instead. A much more peaceful environment, yet only a short drive into the town. The host was excellent too and made sure we had everything we needed.

Padelis was a great host. He arranged an early check-in for us, recommended great restaurants and beautiful places to visit. Very helpful with all our demands and spoiled us with some sweet treats. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need, the rooms are quite big and all have AC. There is only one tv but we barely used it.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like about this property.

Perfect villa for 10 (6 adults 4 kids) What a fantastic host Del made us feel at home straight away and couldn't have done anything more to make our stay any more comfortable. Spotlessly clean everywhere, all amenities supplied, all questions answered and everything as described. The villa was child friendly and had a secure perimeter to keep the little ones safe. The design and layout gave everyone their own privacy but still maintained great communal spaces for entertainment and dining. The pool/outdoor areas were clean, comfortable, practical and gave plenty of room for the whole family. In a nutshell this property exceeded our expectations and we left feeling our stay was great value for money. Thanks to our brilliant host and his team for a wonderful week at Villa1 Margaritas Villa's
