We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWe were really surprised by this accomodation. We have stayed in various airbnbs around the world but Monte Mare was one of the best we ever stayed. The hosts Nektarios and Chris were very kind. At the arrival there was even a warm home baked cake! We felt very welcome and at home. The appartement is very spacious and fully equipped. The accomodation is situated very central near highlights of west Crete, e.g.: Balos/Gramvoussa, Elafonossi, Flassarna. We would very recommend the place, also for long stay! If We ever come back to Crete we would definitely come back.

GermanyThis was the most pleasant apartment I have stayed at. It was a very modern apartment, very clean and comfortable bed. The shower is also massive. The owners were the most kindest of hosts you could think of. They even had made small homemade treats for us. You can also park right in front of the apartment. You can walk into the old town within 15-20min and the kissamos harbour is a 3min drive away, where you can catch the ferry to Balos Beach.

PolandMagical Perfect vacation 7-18.09.2021 in comfortable and very well and wise orgenised 65 m2 apartament. Very nice and helpfull owners. For us it was even more than accomodation it was relaxing time in friendship atmosphere. Difficult to explain by few words.

RomaniaThe apartment is located at the end of Kissamos resort, about 1.5 km from its center. Parking is provided in front of the building. The location is very modern, fully furnished and equipped, with new appliances, air conditioning, two TVs, you practically don't miss anything. Nektarios is the perfect host for a stay in this part of the island. We were greeted with fresh fruit and a very tasty cake, and during our stay we received other goodies. I think it is the perfect location to visit the beaches of Balos, Falassarna and Elafonisi.
