Bed matterace and pillows wasn't really comfortable for me, but It's minor inconvenience.

A truly lovely stay. Great location for discovering the east Crete, 15 minutes away by car to a Falasarna, same for Kisamos port. Property really clean and modern (the apartament was cleaned once during our 7-day stay as well). Good equipped - even a small electric "grill". We stayed in apt number two - I would recommend for couples or couples with kid/kids (baby bed was in there and sofa could be used for sleeping too). Not for travel with friend, but they have bigger apts too. Kind and responsive owner. Calm neighbourhood and close to the shops, coffees and so on. I would strongly recommend a near tavern - Antama.

The jacuzzi was cold when we get there (tired as hell), we had to wait a night for it to warm up. It was also locked to 35C, you cannot set a lower or higher temperature. It also stopped heating daily because of air ingestion, so you have to start the jets once in a while. The kitchen is a bit under-equipped, only salt is provided as an ingredient, and there are no wooden spoons to stir food, so bring your own stuff if you want to cook.

We had the topmost room with the jacuzzi, it was great, a penthouse-like experience. The city center is close, parking is adequate and the staff is great: we did not even meet anyone except the cleaning lady during our stay, but everything was in order for us.

The shutters are really a big problem … the light goes in very early in the morning, we couldnt sleep well … we have asked the manager to find us a solution, they brought us extra curtains but it hasn’t resolve the problem.

It's located a bit far from the coast. 15-20 minutes by walk to get to the coastal promenade. So recommended having a car to commute.

It was a great apartment building. I felt at home. Modern, spacious, balconies and every room airconditioned. Very clean, kitchen well equiepped. Really friendly staff. Provided some local complimentary gifts, which is a very kind gesture.

Double check the location, a bit further from the beach as we hoped. Cooking equipment is very basic and the quality is not great. No sea view from our apartment although it stated seaview in our booking. All lighting options are very bright, no relax light.

We came earlier - all the apartments were not occupied. But no one from stuff was available on site. After a call I was told to came back after 2 hours. When I came back I was still waiting half an hour and staff finally came. Room cleaning only ones per week.
