The property is very fresh, clean and conveniently located next to the beach, supermarket and multiple restaurants and cafes. Villas are very well equipped and maintained, housecleaning was swift and impeccable. Our host Christopher was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great customer experience during our stay. Christopher is the perfect host: professional, warm hearted, knowledgable and super kind - he was our trusted advisor and made our stay extremely enjoyable and easy! The property is well located: close to the beach, to a big supermarket and to the town center. The villa is new, very clean and modernly designed and equipped. We loved it! We enjoyed the pool too. Location was close to water but was not swimmable; surrounding area has a few abandoned buildings with graffiti but area looked like it was in the process of being revitalized.

Very clean, modern and spacious villas! Air conditioners in every room and shutters for sleeping in! Christopher was amazing!!! He helped us with recommendations, reservations for dinner, connected us with a private boat and captain for Balos, and even helped my brother in law reserve a private transfer and ferry tickets to Santorini afterwards with very short notice (and dropped off an extra set of keys when he locked himself out). Check in and check out was very easy.

All was alright

Clean, modern, air conditioning. It has everything for cooking, if you want to cook, we didn’t. Everything is good quality! Beds are comfortable, Wi-Fi is good quality, TVs are smart with access to Netflix, Amazon etc. Close to the property are few tavernas with good food: Pixida, Maria Beach , Sunset. Falassarna Beach is about 15 min drive and is beautiful, we found there Taverna Vassilis Falasarna with very tasty food. Chania is about 40 min drive, nice city to visit especially the Old Port. Monasteries, caves to visit are in the area.

The hospitality was impressive. Christopher helped me with any question or booking I needed in a very timely fashion! The location is wonderful, just steps to the seaside/restaurants on one side and down the hill from the main centre/shops/restaurants. Grocery store around the corner for all your needs.

Everything was perfect!

First time in Crete! 😊 We were looking for a cozy and beautiful place with a pool (because it's important for the kids), close to the beach, with delicious food in cafes, and a lovely town. We found all of that in Kissamos. But we believe that the biggest credit for our perfect vacation goes to Limosa Luxury Apartments and Christopher. From the beginning to the end of our trip, we felt his sincere care and assistance (we stayed for 7 days). We arrived late, so transportation from the airport was organized. Christopher greeted us, showed us everything and even made a restaurant reservation for our late dinner. There was also food in the fridge for our first breakfast, coffee capsules, and more. Everything was prepared for a lovely first morning. The apartments were beautifully, comfortably, and modernly furnished. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher. We even had 3 showers and 3 terraces! 😊 Always impeccable cleanliness, towels, and bedding were changed. When we arrived, we had a plan of what to see/visit, and all our friends strongly encouraged us to rent a car for the whole week and go somewhere every day. We are glad that with Christopher's help, we found the golden middle ground - we saw, traveled, and rested 😊 We went to Chania by city express bus, a 45-minute trip. The next day, we rented a car and went to Falassarna. A short trip, and you arrive right at the beach. The color of the water was like the Caribbean Sea! On our way back, we stopped at a family restaurant by the sea, recommended by Christopher, which has been operating since 1976. It was a cozy, beautiful, and delicious place. Of course, we had to see Balos Lagoon. We asked for advice and went on a private boat with the best captain, Mikael. We visited the fantastic Gramvousa Island and Balos Lagoon. We definitely do not recommend going there by car. Kissamos town itself is cozy, with its small old town. We are very happy that we had such amazing holidays.

Great property, new, clean, quite, the villa is big enough to accommodate 6 people. Everything is of high quality and absolutely worth the money. It’s located 8 minutes walk to the sandy beach and just around the corner there is a promenade with lots of tavernas and restaurants. 2 minutes walk is a big supermarket where you can find everything you need. The owner is very nice and friendly and really helping and giving some tips if you have any questions or issues: perfect place to stay with your big family.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything. Place was very nice, everything was clean and new. in real life everything looks even better as in the photos. One of the best we have stayed. Villa was equipped with everything you may need. Our host was amazing. He recommended good options where to go and what we must see and as well suggested the places where we can go for a lunch / dinner. If you are going to Kissamos, I highly recommend this place, you will do not regret this choice.

There is nothing I can point out here as a drawback to stay in this place

The apartment/house is great. We can find everything we need there. The furniture is quite new and the owner takes care of every detail. The place is close to Balos beach (by car it's about 15 minutes to where we can park), which is very close considering how you can get to Balos. It is also just an hour away from Elafonisi beach. The owner is a great hoster. He was so kind, giving us some breakfast treats, suggestions for places and restaurants to visit, and being helpful with anything we needed. I only have good words to say about my stay at Limosa Luxury Residences.

Amazing place ,it was much better than our expectations .Emmanouil the owner was the nicest person I've ever met in Greece, nothing was a problem for him. He was making sure our stay was comfortable and with the high standards. Cleaning service was very good. The Villa was equipped very well. (kitchen appliances and utensils, towels bath robe ,slippers,hair dryer etc..). Close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back again.

The facility is great. we came as a family group and it was perfect for our needs, right 2 minutes from Kissamos beach and promenade, a supermarket 100m away, everything super clean, well-maintained and designed, and include all we need. Our stay here was by far the most pleasant experience over the past few years. Our arrival was problems-free, we called the owner en-route and he was awaiting us at the site. Mr Christopher was amazingly friendly and helpful in all matters we needed during our stay. He recommended us beaches, restaurants and gave us all the practical advices we could need. The house we stayed in was perfectly clean, very pleasant to be in and the kitchen was equipped better than our own. It was really a pleasure to come back to this place after all day out. Location itself is good, there is a very good restaurant within 8 minutes walking distance, many good restaurants and bars within 3 minutes walking distance and small beaches between them. A perfect large beach with full infrastructure is 15 mins drive, famous Balos beach is 30 mins drive and another famous Elafonisi beach is 1 hour drive. There are places for hiking and canyons around too. On the day of our departure we forgot something from the house and had to return. Although it was very very early on Saturday and we woke up Mr Christopher calling him, he was at the house with keys before us, waiting with a big smile. This is something to appreciate for a traveller that found himself in difficult situation. Summarizing, it was a perfect and relaxing stay. 100% recommendation from us.

We just had my family the best holiday ever at Limossa. The host is very kind and hospitable. He gave us a very warm welcome as feeling our own home. The place is fantastic! The premises are very clean with nice modern furnitures. A great location and place when you want to visit Elafonissi , Balos and Falassarna beaches. So near even to the restaurants, supermarkets and beach are nearby. We will definitely come again on this wonderful place. Highly recommended to everyone! Thanks so much! A+++++
