Beautiful property, very clean, incredible pool, and very close to the beach. A handful of restaurants around that are walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helped us book excursions.

The kitchen equipment was a bit light. There's been a power outage one morning at 6AM which led to an alarm and a strong light in the room preventing us to sleep. It was not the staff fault but still a bit bothering as we had no information and no one from staff was there.

Very quiet hotel, with really nice pool and view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and reactive to our questions. This is a good place to explore the area of west Crete (Balos...) and have a good rest at night. We had no private pool, but they are in front of the parking (for some rooms) and we could see them when we parked ... So no regrets not to have one !

You need a car or to take the bus in order to get around. There is not a lot in the surroundings close by.

The hotel is owned by a fantastic helpful and friendly family who are also working there. They gave us many good inputs which made our vacation fantastic.

If you would like to visit the west part of Crete, this location is in my opinion one of the best, very close to everything. On the other hand, if you would like to have amazing experience in your accomodation as well, I truly recommend the Incognito Suites. I would like to express my thanks to all who made our stay very enjoyable and wish you luck for future!

just a really small thing but could have done with some drawers in our apartment - not much space for clothes and would have preferred breakfast outside but or on our balcony but I'm sure if we'd asked this would have been possible.

This is such an amazing property in a quiet but good location..... Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Xanthi and Dimitris - the are such lovely people and become your friends by the end of your holiday. they will happily recommend excellent restaurants some within walking distance. We booked room only and as long as you advise if you want breakfast the night before , then it is provided for 9euros pp. Each day the breakfast is different and very substantial... fresh bread, pastries, greek yoghurt, homemade preserves, the list was endless.... All the rooms are named after greek flowers and we asked for the Iris room ( which is the name of our little granddaughter) and we were delighted with the room - so modern and nice touches like the towels which were fresh everyday and wraoped in ribbon..... We would recommend car hire, Michael at Modus rent-a-car is just across the road and was very cheap. There is also a bus stop literally at the from of the property which goes to Chania and very cheap. we were delighted with everything and will be back!

Perfect place to be! Nice hotel; calm and relaxing. luxurious and clean room with very comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom. Nice pool and a breakfast made with love. Xhanthi and Dimitris are the most warm hearted hosts ever. They help you with every concern and the absolutely love what they do! This is a family owned hotel that was recently built. Dimitri and his family are exceptionally welcoming, they will go above and beyond take sure that you have a great stay. The bedroom is large, very comfortable, modern and with brand new equipment. The swimming pool is beautiful and the location is ideal to visit the surrounding area. We highly recommend staying here !

Lovely quiet hotel in quieter location in Crete with gorgeous beaches close by. Newly built, the rooms are big and airy, lovely and clean. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.. thank you for making our stay amazing and thank you so much for the gifts! Will be enjoying a pot of Creten tea back in rainy England

We had a fantastic stay in this family owned, newly built boutique hotel. Greek hospitality at its best. The rooms were spacious and clean as was the whole hotel. Breakfast choice changed every day and was very good. Thanks again to Xanthí, Dimítris, Apostólis, Stélios and not to forget Elena für making our stay an unforgettable memory (although we surely will refresh that memory next year.....)
