Great location- a few steps down the hill to reach a beautiful, small beach- Ilingas. Wonderful seaside view from the balcony in our room.

Everything was perfect! The location is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and freshly renovated with beautiful decoration. The lady who was hosting was very friendly and helpful. Ilingas beach is such a wonderful place to be & you’re very close to Sfakia where you can take the boat from to Loutro etc. I would definitely recommend it!

The location is unique and you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is possible to eat at the taverna and the beach is equipped with sun beds. The hosts are welcoming and nice.

Amazing location just above the beach, it's about 30 mins walk to the town. We had breakfast and lunch everyday at the restaurant downstairs which was excellent with very helpful staff.

A stunning location! So peaceful and a perfect spot to either stay and just relax or come back to after a day of driving or activities. Incredible views. We loved sleeping to the sounds of the waves. Also, a lovely family run taverna right next door with very warm staff who went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one.

The beach bar is not connected to the hotel and as such you have to pay for sunbeds (7€ for two beds and 1 umbrella). Of course the rest of the beach is free and there are even some caves where you can get shade.

Beautiful quiet location next to the gorgeous Ilingas beach. Connected to a taverna which seems fairly basic but actually has delicious food, and we ended up eating there almost every day rather than heading to the nearby Sfakia. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and cosy balcony. The hotel owner was incredibly kind and even did a load of laundry for us! If you want proper peace and quiet surrounded by the wild nature, meditteranean sea and rocks of southern Crete, than this is your place.

Unfortunately we visited a little early before the season had really started, so facilities were a bit limited.

We were not in the hotel , but - as booked - in the Llingas Mare appartments. We expected more than a "normal room " when we book an appartment. The accomodation should be called "Llingas Mare Rooms" The staff in the restaurant where we had once diner was unfreindly and even unpolite.

Incredible room, outstanding location! You could actually hear the waves when lying on the bed. Very quiet, literally less than a 100m from a quiet beach. Can't recommend it enough!

Everything was perfect.

The location was incredible. Close to the beach (which isn't busy at all), quiet space under trees with a view. Perfect place to relax, follow ones own rhythyms, explore surrounding beach coves. The tiny taverna next door has delicious home cooked style meals. Well priced and hearty. The rooms are newly renovated - tastefully decorated, comfortable. We were very sad to leave.
