Couldn’t fault it, the property was superb.

A tiny bit of noise late at night, which may be worse in high season. However, the hotel is in prime central position, so it's to be expected and it wouldn't put us off staying again.

Views amazing, hotel spotlessly clean, but most of all the team are exceptional. A credit to the hotel. Warm welcomes, lovely Greek breakfast, fabulous cocktails in a great people watching spot - we loved our stay. Next time we will pick the jacuzzi room - the terrace will give spectacular views!

We had a great stay at the Hotel Port 7. During our visit, the hotel was managed manly by women, who were all absolutely lovely, helpful and competent. We always felt super comfortable!! The breakfast was delicious and the view from the room with afternoon-evening sun very stunning. The location is perfect if you wanna see something from Agios Nikolaos, you can reach all points easly. As well there is a parking spot close by where you can leave a car for further trips. We would definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Port 7 for 100%!!

Brilliant location, right on the port with free parking close by. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, room was large and bright, and the breakfast was the best we had in Greece, with a wide choice of savoury items and delicious, fresh-baked cakes and pastries. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to return.

The staff here was very welcoming and always friendly. The room was nice and clean with an amazing view of the harbor and surrounding mountains. Breakfast, which included tasty hot and cold options, was also lovely and was served both inside the adorable lobby and outside overlooking the harbor.

The hotel does have free parking which is situated at the back of the hotel and was a little difficult to find.

Location location location. This hotel has fantastic views if you book a sea view room. The hotel was tastefully decorated and very clean. From the moment I entered the hotel I was made welcome by the hotel team they answered all my questions. The breakfast was buffet style.

View from the 01 room (601 in our case).

The location was perfect. It would be helpful to provide guests with a small, detailed map, showing for those with a car, that on arrival it IS possible to temporarily stop at door and unload luggage (or, load, as we did on departure). The staff was excellent, accommodating, and friendly. On return we would always insist on a harbor view. The view from the 01 rooms, is not so nice, though one can see a small part of the port.

Lovely hotel, in a fabulous location. The bed was really comfortable with super soft pillows! Room was spotlessly clean. We didn't have breakfast so they gave us some homemade cake and water when we checked out.

We used the car park at the port, which was free, close and convenient. Our welcome was personal, and all interactions with the staff throughout our stay were caring and exceptional. We had a front room with a small balcony. The view was amazing! Well worth the treat.

This is a minor point but the bathroom of our room was quite cramped.

This hotel is ideally situated on the side of the harbour. Amenities such as the boat tours of Spinalonga and the Little Train tour are literally right outside. It is a five minute walk from the lake, the shops, excellent restaurants and the beach (if you exit via the 4th floor reception area and cut through the back streets). Our room gave amazing views of the harbour and surrounding coastal areas. The hotel is only small, so only caters for breakfast, but there is a good self service choice with the hotel happy to provide eggs cooked to guests' personal preferences. The staff are all very helpful and will do their best to accommodate requirements.
