Perfect location in Old Town and in one of the most picturesque buildings. All the attractions are walkable. The balcony is perfect with such beautiful views of the alley streets, perfect for coffee in the morning.

Rooms are charming, but with (at least with our two rooms) just enough space to hold a bed, chair and narrow table.

Nicely appointed rooms in a fabulous location. On a quiet side street, but only 50 meters from the (magical) old Venetian Harbor. Located in the part of town closed to automobile traffic, but a very short walk from available, free, public parking.

The location is perfect for old town, easy to get also from the bus station (if you do not have big luggages), the building is lovely, staff, cleanliness,beautiful design, everything was perfect, quiet street. Highly recommend the place. We did not had breakfast so I do not know what to say about it.

Spotless clean and modern in an old building. Beautiful. There is free parking near by and the property sits at the start of a beautiful old town walk. Boutiques all around and a great bar right at your doorstep with great music and drinks but without the noise. We loved it!

Perfect Location, right close to Chania city center and a walk to the light house and the harbor and beautiful water. These are brand new units!!!. Everything is sparkly clean. The bathroom / shower is ultra modern and beautiful. It has a very nice and big flat screen TV. The rooms were clean, everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was perfect for my wife and I would absolutely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in the Fagotto Art Residences and highly recommend a visit. The residence is full of history and charm, bringing you right back in time. The view from our balcony breathtaking and very romantic. The jazz bar underneath our balcony adding to our wonderful experience. The rooms kept very clean, the staff very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the residence. Perfectly located, a 2 minute walk to the harbour, beside lovely small streets, which show case the old town at its best. Lovely restaurants with delicious food and great service. Within easy walking distance to the many treasures and beaches Chania has to offer.

You need to know that it is above a famous jazz bar. I am more than happy to drift to sleep to the sounds of Chania enjoying itself. But if you want silence, try another place. The bedding and pillows need a refresh, all are a bit tired

This is one of the first renovated houses in the Old Town to open as guest accommodation, and we have stayed here several times. It is perfectly located for Old Town and all the restaurants and shops. The rooms are tastefully incorporated into an old building.

It's unavoidable but the noise of other residents arriving or leaving very late or very early in the room that is above us was disruptive when sleeping.

I really liked the room and the space for the bathroom and for clothes storage. The light through the windows was beautiful. It was a lovely area to be staying in.

The property was so pretty. The location is perfect, really easy to get to by bus from the airport and then 10 minutes walk. There are many really good restaurants and stores. The room was really clean and was cleaned everyday. The ladies on the reception were really nice and they left us a map of Chania with hand written things where to go/ where to eat, it was really thoughtful. You can also borrow beach towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend staying in this residence :)))
