We didn’t like that it was never explain before hand that the main check in is in a different location. And was hard to find until we had called to find out.

Good location, but expect some noise on weekends from clubs/parties around the neighborhood. WIFI was an issue during the stay.

Just a tip: to check in you have to go to the larger Elia hotel that is about a half block to the west of this location so if you roll your suitcase to this boutique hotel you will have to backtrack and go down some granite steps to the west and walk further into the old town to check in. We didn't see that on the description or confirmation and luckily the door was ajar and a maid was there who kind of signaled us where to go.

The entrance of the property is in a back street and unfortunately for the property the area is not the cleanest (definitely not their fault)

At arrival we were granted a free room upgrade for the 2 nights that we stayed. The receptionist was very friendly and, after providing some usefull info, she escorted us to the property (2min walk from checkin location). The room was big and comfortable, the balcony overlooks the city center but it's not in a noisy area. Free public parking is available in a nearby square.

Great hotel in the heart of the old town, Chania. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Recommend this hotel. It’s clean, it’s safe and fits the bill to make your stay comfortable. Hotel breakfast was also homely and delicious.

We stayed in the heart of Chania, walking distance to everything. Our room was spotless clean and the staff were amazing. We were greeted by Manolis at the reception upon arrival, he upgraded us and gave great tips. ı love this hotel.

The room is worth the price. Very spacious and comfy with the balcony and spacious toilet for one person. The staff was very nice and helpful as well even tho he came a bit late in the reception.

Very slow wi-fi connection. The jacuzzi in the superior room took a lot of time to set up and not all functions were usable.

Excellent location in the centre of Chania, 5 minutes from the old town. The room was immaculate and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The place looks recently renovated and is stylishly furnished. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious!

the description of the room contains a balcony, but there wasn’t a balcony. But at least the hotel offered to change the room after the first night.

Only roof windows, no common terrace, breakfast in another building, but it was not much of an issue. At breakfast, it would be nice if they had freshly squeezed orange juice.

Very noisy in the area, more then expected even given the old city location. Light comes through the curtains.
