Location. Location. Location! This place surpassed all our expectations — it couldn’t have been any more beautiful, luxurious or central in terms of allowing ease of exploring the area on foot. We are completely smitten with Chania thanks to our stay here and hope to return as soon as possible.

Very stylish and modern apartment in a historic building. The location is perfect, right in the center with a fantastic harbour view but also very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there and especially jacuzzi. The host Panagiotis was very nice and helpful.

This is a high quality property right in the heart of the Old City of Chania overlooking the harbour. The location could not be better and the property is wonderfully quiet notwithstanding its central location. Panos is a superb host and his only concern is to ensure your stay is a perfect one. Our adult daughter appeared half-way through our stay and Panos and his wife could not have been kinder in setting up an extra bed and making the whole thing work seamlessly and without any fuss. Drinks and snacks were provided gratis and were a lovely touch. Panos was very helpful regarding restaurant choices and day trips from Chania.

The sofa bed was a sofa bed…not comfortable. The main thing was that there were two beds, including the sofa bed. If you are a family with kids, the space would have been great and the kids would have slept on the sofa bed! However, we were 3 adults and the adult in the front bed area had to come through the second sleeping area to use the bathroom, and that created a privacy issue. Also note, there is no kitchen, (which I did not think to look for) thus no cooking facilities. There was a small fridge, though. All and all, a great place, but much better if the bed was sleep-able.

Everything was perfect, the price per night was on the high side but when you see the apartment you understand why.

It's definitely the best place to stay in Chania. The apartment was amazing, and the owners were very helpful. The location was fantastic, and the views were truly beautiful.

Only a minor recommendation. The wrap around balcony with the incredible view gets a lot of sun. A small umbrella for shade would be nice.

Beautiful spacious suite. The view was spectacular! if I could give it more stars, I would. Panos, the host, is like your own concierge. He gives good recommendations, arranges transportation and handles all the baggage. He was waiting for us when our taxi arrived! Greatly appreciated was the refrigerator stocked with water, wine and snacks and he owns the laundry downstairs and did our laundry. Very much appreciated as we had a lot!

The only thing that was a little difficult was parking, but the host gave us great recommendations so it was not too bad!

Our stay was excellent! The suite has all the amenities you need and everything is brand new and up to date. The location is the best part right on Chania port. Also we enjoyed the jacuzzi which is a nice touch in the property. Will definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about our stay here. The location was perfect with a view of the harbor. The wrap-around balcony was lovely. we spent some time people watching there. The decor was rich and inviting, very romantic. There is a jacuzzi tub that is perfect for couples. The host was amazing and easily accessible. Great wifi, shower, amenities. We would have moved in if the host had allowed it. Perfect.

Everything was fantastic, beautiful, spacious two bedroom room with high ceilings and amazing view of the Chania port with a long balcony wrapped around the building. The host Panagiotis was very welcoming, we had everything we needed! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I couldn't of rated this property any higher. Panos was one of the best hosts and recommended us places for breakfast, lunch and dinner (which we loved!). He sorted out a rental car for the day and we drove to Elafonisi (the pink beaches) under his recommendation, which was an amazing experience. When we were travelling back to London, he allowed us to keep our bags in his storage facility (even trusted us with the keys all day) and arranged a taxi back to the airport. The vast majority of hosts would not have gone to these lengths to ensure we were looked after. As for the room, it was out of this world, having a jacuzzi overlooking the harbour is a once in a lifetime experience - and I am glad we paid the extra money to stay here! Overall - One of the best stays we have had, and thank you Panos for everything :) We will definitely be back soon!

The view was amazing! You can view the whole old Venetian harbor right from the bedroom and the wrap around balcony. The amenities are top notch and rival those of top of the line hotels. The property is conveniently located next to many restaurants and shops where you can spend the whole day. Additionally the owner is sooooo nice. They answered all of our questions quickly and provided us with current events happening around town. They also helped us find parking nearby and offered free drinks! Would highly recommend to anyone! It’s truly a gem.

The apartment was even better than you can see on the pictures!! Located right at the old harbor, this is really a prime location, you are in the center of everything, but inside the apartment is still very quiet. With a lot of taste and style, the apartment has been recently renovated! Panagiotis was waiting for us, helping us to park, to find our way around and unbelievably friendly and helpful!! The best is having breakfast on the balcony (which we simply ordered from e-food or grabbed from a bakery a few meters away). The whirlpool right next to the window with a view on the harbor is super relaxing and romantic! We will definitely come again next time!!
