No elevator. The room was in the basement, so no great view from the small window. Bathroom is private but detached from the room. We had a bad night because our neighbours came back at 2 am and shout from the bathroom to their room, banging the doors continuously, really a nightmare but it does not depend on the facility. Noise also in the morning due to works in progress in the street. The check-out day, after the night spent, we had bag stings on our body and we spent just 7 hours in that room.

We found 2 bottles of water in the fridge, really appreciated. Host was nice and allowed us to leave our baggage after the check-out, he also suggested us a bakery for the breakfast. Fantastic the idea of self check-in since we arrived very late due to our flight delay. Room and bathroom fully equipped (soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner). AC available but we didn't use it.

The room smelled a bit like old smoke like maybe it used to be a smoking room. There are air fresheners to try to mask the smell. Your bathroom is outside your room but is private to you (lockable with a key), which should be more clear in the listing. The bathroom smells damp as it gets no air as you are in the basement level of the building. Overall it's all in line with the price, so if you need an affordable option in the old town this is it!

Location very close to everything in the old town at an affordable price and very quiet at night. Water in the fridge, great communication from owner, easy self check in. If you'd like to stay in the old town on a budget this is a good option.

The Location was quite but really close to the centre and shopping streets. The host was very nice and gave us some good recommendations for eating out. Our room was nice and clean just like the bathroom, which also provided shower essentials.

The shower recess leaked so you stepped onto a wet floor mat but other than that Iit did the job. The bed was a little uncomfortable as you could feel the springs somewhat.

Mike the host was great, he was happy to help where he could. The location is great easy walk to buses and the Venician port. Loads of shops and eateries close by. The room was clean and it was great to have tea making facilities and a fridge.

No parking spot. You have to left your car on the street hopeing you don't get fine or pay extra for the city parking.

The bed wasn't my favorite, but it was fine for a short stay. However, I do not recommend the place for those sensitive to scents, as room scents are used in the room and in the stairwell.

The simpe but clean room had everything needed. For this price, the room clearly exceeded my expectations. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the visit left a good impression!

Unfortunately, the weather was strange and from what I understood, the period was one of the heavy rainest recorded in recent years..... Even so, it was a relaxing holiday

The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The location is perfectly located, central enough but quiet at the same time.... Mike was kind enough and gave us enough advice on how to spend our mini-vacation... The price paid is very good and i recommend the location with great confidence.

Limited parking spots A private bathroom wasn't in your room but it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Close to the city centre. The owner provided beach towels and a hairdryer. Also recommended a few spots to eat and have a drink. New air conditioning.

Rather close to the center. Very quiet location. Room is big enough and it is situated in the basement. Bathroom is outside the room but still private. Very nice host. Close to the bus station to the airport.

Maria and Mike are very nice and helpful. In the room, you have a fridge and a kettle. we had a sofa . the localization is good, 5 minutes walking to the cathedral. there is a supermarket 1 minute walking
