Absolutely amazing experience, the ladies who worked there were incredibly friendly and helpful. Super clean and a stones throw from the main harbour.

I wish the bed would be a little bit softer

The host was incredibly nice and helpful! The price-to-quality ratio was amazing. The location couldn't be better, situated right in the center. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Chania.

Really lovely little hotel right in the old town by the harbour, just 5-10 mins walk to almost anywhere you would want to go! The owner is really friendly and kind, she let us check in very early after catching an overnight ferry and answered all our questions about the area and how to get around etc. the room is very clean and has everything you need- good air con, a little fridge and kettle and plenty of clean towels and toiletries. There was even a little balcony with a table and chairs where we sat and had a drink in the afternoons. Will definitely come back next time we're in chania :)

A nice little hotel in the middle of old town Chania. Very quiet area and close to lots for restaurants, cafes and bars. Easy to get to from public transport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our weekend stay. Would stay there again.

A very sweet room with a balcony and big bathroom with a bathtub and the toiletries needed! The floors were decorated for Christmas, that put you into the festive mood.

The location is excellent. Just a few minutes walk from the harbour and shops/restaurants. Lovely balcony with a small table and chairs. Very helpful and friendly host. Fridge, crockery and kettle in room. Room very clean.

The location is great. It’s in the history part of Chania. The public parking is very close to the hotel. About 7 minutes walking. It was very clean.

We appreciated the location which is right in the old center of Chania. Few steps and you end up in the old harbor. The location is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops and it can be reached easily from the bus station. Dimitrios was very nice and helped us with many things during our stay and Mihaela kept our room clean, always greeting us with a large smile on her face.

The bathroom doesn’t have any ventilation which might be a problem if more than 1 person is staying.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was very tidy and had daily cleaning. Its air conditioned and had a balcony. There were no views but I cannot complain for the price. Its at a perfect location 1 minute from the old town harbour square, very convenient. After checkout they also stored my luggage which was very helpful and also had a washroom in the reception where I could freshen up even after checkout.

It’s literally steps away from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you are looking for a 5 star resort this is NOT your place. However if you are traveling and want a safe, CLEAN, and simple small room with ice cold AC and hot running water at an affordable price stay here. Everything you need is within walking distance and you will never need to pay a taxi.

nothing it was exactly as expected

Fantastic location and spotless rooms, highly recommend! Castle Inn is 20 steps from the old Venetian Harbour but you don’t hear it at night, which is perfect. The facilities were exactly as described, great AC, bed was comfy and the wifi was strong which we needed for work, fresh towels and sheets daily if needed. The lady who runs the place is so welcoming and does an amazing job, it was so clean. highly recommend we’re so glad we found this place, thank you!
